The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel is very well located next to a metro station. Everything we wanted to see was reachable within half an hour. The breakfast was varied and tasty. They had dinner rolls that I really enjoyed with butter. We were sad we had to leave the last day early before breakfast was being served. My girlfriend loved the shower.

The hotel and its location are fantastic for getting around the city. The staff were kind, courteous and very polite. The rooms however are not well cleaned. Carpets are stained, my sheets were stained and the walls had fingerprints and were dirty. I did get moved to a second room with cleaner carpets but the couch was very dirty and we asked for a sheet to cover it. The staff were helpful in accommodating our requests but the cleanliness of the hotel deserves a deep clean.

Knowing that I will have traveled for more than 26 hours I specifically booked a room with king size bed to rest. Was assigned as very uncomfortable room with 2 twin beds and when I brought this up -I was said that there is nothing they can do. Misleading information on booking site - clearly said “Standard room, one king bed. “ Unhelpful receptionists who would not take responsibility for the downgrade. Otherwise nothing really special about this place - noisy neighborhood, worn out carpets, small room. There are many other hotels in the area so do not stay here - you can get better.

I loved it here. For context, I was EXTREMELY stressed after missing my connection to Romania at the Budapest-Nyugati station in the evening, and made a very last minute booking here. The staff here were very friendly, the room was beautiful and very clean, and the vibes felt very modern and chilled out. There is a bar downstairs, but it didn't feel like one that people get drunk in and are loud, it felt more like a place I could sit down and chill out in (and in fact I'm considering it while continuing my Budapest stay around the corner). The ONLY negative is they didn't have any more rooms available at the same price as I would have stayed for longer!! But overall, this is a great place to stay, especially if you're feeling a bit lost or unsafe in a new town.

We got a room that had 2 single beds pushed together (which we have had over the years) but this one had 2 single duvet covers instead of one large one so it was very awkward to use as a bed pushed together. Also, no face cloths. Beautiful location and modern hotel though

In a great location, a bit noisy (on a Friday night, some club pumping out music through the night), but right next to a tram stop and many museums and Parliament buildings a comfortable walk. Staff very helpful with air conditioning, (windows closed, keep it on, made all the difference). Nice breakfast, if a bit of a scrum and needing a bit more space for the number of guests. Thank you, it's a great city and we had a really good time.

The hotel is fine, no issues with it at all. We were supposed to receive a 20% discount on drinks at the, but when in Budapest, why stay in the hotel? There are lots of places to go sit down and enjoy the city and have a beer. Plus, any hotel charges more for drinks so a discou t of 20% isn't going to make it worth while.

This hotel located at city center, very close to parliament building , and all other attractions. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean, bed is comfortable, the room is specious. I love the extremely high ceiling. Highly recommended!!!

Really nice breakfast buffet with a mix of cooked and fresh items, lots of healthy options. Comfy rooms that were well air conditioned - much needed in the 36 degree heat! Very clean and tidy, great location. Well located near both trains and trams, and walking distance from central locations. I would stay here again if I visit the city in the future.

Hotel was in the perfect spot. Transit was accessible right outside the door to the hotel. Everything I wanted to do was within 25 minutes walking distance or a quick transit ride. The room was small, but I wasn’t in it often, but it was very clean and tended to Every morning. The breakfast was really nice, but I would suggest grabbing a cappuccino or coffee elsewhere as the coffee machine wasn’t great. They let me check in an hour early as my room was ready, which was a relief since I had been travelling from Vienna. One small complaint was that the Tram outside the hotel was quite loud so every time it came to the stop I could hear it. Perhaps opting to get a room on the other side of the building.
