This hotel has the wow factor wrapped up. From the first step inside the front door, your eye is attracted to the modern opulent and tasteful decor. Check-in was hassle free with a very warm and friendly welcome. The professional attitude and friendly demeanor of the staff exuded from every member of the team; a rare quality these days. The premises are spotless, and rooms a credit to the housekeeping team. The evening turn-down service was a treat, with the most delicious chocolate. Well located and within walkable distance of the castle district, visiting the Buda and Pest districts could not be easier with bus and tram routes close by, if walking is not you thing. This is a must visit hotel and if unlucky enough to book a room when visiting, try to reserve a table in the rooftop bar. A reservation is necessary even for guests; a popular spot. A good choice of hot and cold/ continental fare awaits your arrival for breakfast with optional orders available on request. Whenever you choose, take a seat in the bar area, select your favourite tipple, from a well stocked range of brands, or pick a cocktail and watch the experts prepare your drink with flair. Would I stay again? Absolutely, but I imagine word will get out about this fantastic spot very soon.

Unfortunately, my stay at Clark’ hotel was far from ideal When I got to the room it smelled bad, I’ve been told it’s the sewage issue when the water was closed for couple of days - the solution to open the balcony door to ventilate ( it was about 1C or 34F outside). Coffee machine was broken. Noise from outside chiller or generator ( couldn’t figure out which one it was) went on all night long. Would I ever go back to this place - I guess not!

Great position, area and hotel. Room with the view overlooking the chain bridge was awesome. The view was incredible. The beds ok. Room size manageable but almost too small. Service was outstanding. Just noisy plumbing. When the neighbours used their bathroom we new all about it.

Wow! What a wonderful hotel! This was a wonderful spot for our recent trip to Budapest. A really great location for all of the sights and public transport. Every detail of this hotel was perfect, impeccably clean, attentive and helpful staff. We enjoyed the welcome drinks and the coffee machine in the room, chocolates left on our beds at night were a lovely surprise. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and are so pleased with our choice. Thank you for making our trip so social!

The hotel is beautiful! Great location just outside the chain bridge on the Buda side. Few steps to the lift to go up to Buda Castle. Walkable distance to pretty much most of the landmarks. Right on the Danube ( we chose the Danube superior room) offering amazing views of the Danube, chain bridge, parliament etc. Cool Bistro on the first floor and nice rooftop bar. Why 4 star then? The room itself!!! Not so much that it was a tiny room ( most rooms in Europe are small unless you splurge on a suite) but the set up didn’t make sense. Not enough space to walk. Space between bed and dresser was super tight, you have to pretty much walk sideways. Not enough room to lay down luggage. Shower glass stationary ¼ of a door did not keep the water inside when showering. Towels were like paper thin ( and they want you to reuse 🤔, not) One of the night stand was smaller than a dinner plate with enough room for your phone and glasses and nothing else. Hair blower looks like it came from a toy store. Bed was comfy though, but that’s about it. If you can upgrade to a big room do it. Shame because everything else in this hotel is a 10
