As i seen on previous reviews check in wasn't the easiest especially when arriving late on the night the addresses doesn't take you to the location so left going around in circles ! After asking locals for help finally got there to be told apartment is 5 min walk away which was fine for us but might not be great if you was arriving late with children etc. Apartment was clean and as photos only downside is there was a terrible smell, they had plug in airfreshners in every room but still didn't cover it! Wifi didn't work on arrival but next day managed to find member of staff who resolved this. Overall enjoyed the stay just slightly let down by the bad smell!

I booked the room with the largest capacity because lots of the reviews said that the rooms were small. I stayed here with two other friends and it was convenient in location to most of the places in Budapest. Check in was easy and I enjoyed my stay overall.

I did not like the fact that the bed linen and the duvet were not rince properly.When i was touching them my hand smell a strong odour of washing powder,and it went into contact with my eyes and whole face.The smell made me dizzy and I had to sleep with the window open in November,but it did not help much.When I lied down on the bed just after entering the room I noticed that, and I immediately gave a phone call to the person in charge to see if they had some properly rinced bed linen as the smell and the chemical were toxic and irritating.They answer very abruptly that nothing could be done and that I was the first person to mention that, and they hang up.I did not sleep the whole night , I felt sick and I had sore eyes, one of my worst hotel stay ever.The worste is that I signaled the issue and they did nothing, they could have told me ,:" we cancel your reservation ,give you a refund and you can found an other hotel .I have been taken hostage of a situation that damaged my health , my sleep, and I could say nothing. I am not happy at all ,and in the future I will use other means than your website to found an hotel room

when i went in the apartment it was amazing and really big i loved that there was lots of beds and lots on space,i loved it i would love to live there sometime and if i need a place to stay i would chose this place.To be honest there was nothing I didn`t like.

The best thing about this property is location. It is close to everything!! There are nice places to eat (Thai and Hungarian) on the same street plus a convenient shop at the corner. The property itself is an old building that is undergoing some renovation but there was never any loud noise disturbing our peace in the evening or very early in the morning. The street is relatively busy so it's safe to walk even late as there are people sitting outside in the cafes.The room that we stayed in was not the room that was on the picture but if was clean, had the most important appliances such as kettle, toaster and microwave so it was ok. Simple, decorated mostly with Ikea things so pleasant enough! Overall we had a nice stay!!

Lovely clean and very good value

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was right by subway, buses and the hop on hop off bus. I wish there had been more instructions as to the address and how to get the key. It was very confusing. We almost couldn’t find the apartment. We accidentally ran into one of the company staff who helped us find the Apartment. The staff was very helpful and professional. There was a small room tax we had to pay at the property with local currency. So be sure and have some local currency with you even if you pay your Hotels.com bill with credit card.

The property is centrally located and well connected. Thought I was not happy with the how they promote they property to get the booking and then clandestinely put you up in another location. I had to put my foot down to get the property they advertised and I booked for on Expedia

The room looked like the pictures. Renovated. Everything looked very new. Has a mini kitchen with portable gas stove, kettle and microwave complete with cutlery and bowls. Bed linen, toilets, showers were clean. Towels were provide. No toiletries so need to bring your own. Room has air conditioning and heating. Location: was not the same location as listed in Expedia or google maps. 5-10min extra walk from google maps. A guy met up with us and walked us to the apartment. Would have been nice if they were upfront with location. Location in general was still ok. Close to food trucks and ruin bars. Was able to drop off luggage on check out day until 5pm. Only had one key available to share between multiple people. I would stay there again. Great value.

The outside of the building and the interior until you reach the apartment, is like a building site. There are many bins as you enter which is a bit off putting. In the apartment (bathroom) the smell of the drains is awful and there should be some bleach available. The property is in a good location.

As we arrived at the address we dialed the phone number posted on the building, It rang but no one answered. We had no cell phone and had to ask a person to call for us, He did so and the girl arrived within 10 minutes and took us to our room,

Property really lovely inside and clean. Fab location close to the ruin bars. The only issue was the advert stating you got an iron in the room which we had then ask for and did not get until the next day and the hair dryer in the room cutting out and not coming back on on the last day. This aside I would definitely stay there again! Daniel who gave us our keys was very friendly and gave us discount on a hop on hop off bus tour which I would definitely recommend buying through us. Overall a good experience!
