Extremely courteous and friendly front desk staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was well situated and easily accessible (approx 10 mins from City center and close to metro/tram stops). We had opted for the superior room which was spacious and had all basic amenities and the hotel also had spa/jacuzzi in the lower level. The breakfast spread was decent and had complimentary champagne and a lovely chocolate fountain on the weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights. The 2 gentlemen at reception were both very professional and extremely helpfull. The facilities at the hotel are great. They have a nice jacuzzi, saunas etc and a playstation area for free for guests to use. Very clean and modern. Would definately recommend this hotel when staying in Budapest!

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 3 nights 29th Dec to 31st Dec. We found the hotel extremely clean and for a short trip the room was ideal, well equipped and comfy. The facilities were great - we used saunas and Jacuzzi- again very clean. My partner booked a sports massage costing approx £28 which he said was very much worth the money compared to what he pays in the UK. The breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. There was a choice of cereals, continental and eggs, beans and sausages. Hot coffee and a selection of teas and fresh juices available. My only negative was I would have liked bigger towels in the room. Location was fantastic - 20 minute walk to main town/river which is fine for us as we love walking. This leads to all main tourist attractions and loads of bars and restaurants. The area was magical for the Xmas period but very busy which was to be expected. Disappointed with N.Y. fireworks but apparently it is more street parties around the main squares. We found the staff in bars and restaurants to be very friendly and helpful. We also found the staff in Bo18 to be very helpful, friendly and very professional. A very pleasant stay.

The receptionist Czaba welcomed us and gave us all the information that we need for the town. Really friendly and polite. The hotel serves coffee, tea and water 24/7 in the area of the reception. It includes a jacuzzi for 4 person, solarium and sauna. Clean rooms and a good variety for breakfast. Just 15 minutes walking from the city center or 3 min from metro. I could only recommend it.

Lovely and very clean room! The breakfast (in bed) was great, and the staff was really nice! Everything we expected and a little more. The spa area is very pretty as well. Next time in Budapest we will be back at BO18. Thanks a lot!

My husband and i stayed here in September 2017. It is a small, cosy hotel which is well connected to metro, tram, bus etc and not far from the city center. They have a wholesome breakfast spread to start the day on a pleasant note. There is unlimited lemonade and coffee in the lobby for guests, which i thought was very nice. There is a shopping mall at walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was small but very clean and cosy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would like to stay here if we visit Budapest again. Budapest is a beautiful city with so much to do, would love to be back.

We went there in January for my birthday and it was one of the best in my life! The city is beautiful! The hotel is located close to the metro! It is a very pleasent hotel, good average, very clean and cosy! The breakfast had diversity ( you had all you want and more, including champagne 👍)! I've received from the hotel a cake for my birthday at breakfast and a bottle of champagne in the evening!

Wonderful hotel with welcoming and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast s good, with chocolate fountain and champagne being a nice touch. On arrival at the hotel you may get the impression you are in the middle of nowhere. This is not the case. On exiting the building you will find a modern shopping mall about 200 metres away. Exiting the mall takes you to a number of places to eat and drink. To explore the city is easy and the transport available will get you anywhere at a very reasonable price. First tip is to get a map from reception, mine was falling apart by the end of the week. Aim for the main road, just 200 metres away. Second tip go to the underground metro line and purchase a 7 day travelcard ( Approx £14 ) if your stay is longer than 3 days. Or a 24 hour travelcard ( approx. £4.70 ) if less than 3 days. The saving on the 7 day card is considerable. These cards allow you travel on the Metro, the yellow trams and the blue buses. Also these cards do not need to be validated, only shown if asked to do so. You can literally circumnavigate the whole of Buda and Pest and everything within. We purchased our tickets from a machine. The process being quite easy. ( Plenty of videos on youtube showing how it is done). I could go on and on, but basically just get out there and explore what is a fabulous city. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a base for your adventures.

Stayed here for a long weekend- Saturday - Tuesday. We took a taxi from the airport as we had an early flight and we where tired. Taxi cost approx €20 And took approx 20-30 minutes The hotel is working easy reason of the metro stations and most trams and buses. Perfect stop to get to anywhere in the city. On arrival you get a ticket for a free welcome drink - free wine. When we arrived to our room they had left champagne as a birthday present for my partner. This was a lovely gesture. And was really appreciated. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a package of trips and things we could do and see while in Budapest and you can book all of these directly with the hotel. The hotel reception doubles up as a bar which has drinks for a reasonable price. Breakfast was included every morning. For this they had hot and cold food. I tried most things and have no complaints. Breakfast is also served every morning with champagne 🥂. Great start to every day. Our room was a kept very clean and you can not hear any noise from any other guests. The hotel has a sauna and steam room that you can call reception and they will Turn it on for you. The jacuzzi was broken while we where there. But looks large enough for about 6-8 people. Overall good location (approx 10-25 Minute walk to city centre.)Good breakfast - excellent staff and an enjoyable stay. I would definietly stay again.

Great location, modern hotel, great amenities and 5 star service, loved the mobile charger in the room, you just need to bring the USB cable, and the electronic boot polisher really nice touches, and champagne at breakfast!
