We had the best breakfast buffet of our whole trip. The salmon was outstanding, coffee was great and in general a good variety. Rooms were clean but hotel does need a bit of remodeling. Not all employees were friendly though!

The Radisson is in a great location for walking, seeing the city and easy access to public transportation. The rooms are decent sized. Our stay was a challenge. It starts with a level of rudeness that would be expected at an economy hotel. There is little assistance when asked. The room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. No wash clothes. 3 towels 1 day and 1 towel the next. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The room decor is very nice. The aesthetics are very enjoyable. The morning breakfast it is hard to get service. It almost seems like you are bother the wait staff for assistance. We never made it to the pool. It's unlikely I would stay again. The Marriott on the river is much nicer and exhibits hospitality.

I stayed here for a few nights in June on a business trip and the rooms are very basic. If I had to compare it against a premier inn I'd say the premier inn would win. Here are some plus points about the room... You get ample storage for your clothes, loads of wardrobe space and drawers and plenty of hangers, which is quite unusual- normally I find you only get 3-4 hangers which is never enough. It also has a decent sized safe in which to store your valuables. On the downside.... The rooms are not very soundproof- you can hear everything people are saying in the corridors, which isn't great when you are woken at 2am and have to work the next day! The housekeeping is a bit hit and miss - one of my colleagues rooms hadn't been made up after he'd been at work all day. Another colleague was only given hand towels in his room - no bath towels. And I used one of my bath towels on the first day which was removed but not replaced. Other minus points include the 'gym' - there is actually only 4 bits of equipment- one ancient treadmill, one broken treadmill and two bikes, which are situated in the swimming pool area, so too hot and humid to use.

This hotel was in a great location for the Christmas Markets. It was within walking distance from several of them. The breakfast was good. Just don't use the ATM a block from the hotel. It ripped me off. Be sure to go to a bank and use its ATM.

Great location and nice lobby. Welcome was excellent and was upgraded to a business class room. Having lived a year overlooking Broadway in NYC, the noise from the tram was not noticeable. The room was also spacious. Close to public transportation and a mall as well as short walk to the Danube or a longer walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral or the Opera House. The downside? The mattress was a disaster and needs to be replaced immediately. No shower and aging fittings. Did not put up the DND sign and on a Sunday morning you had housekeeping knocking on your door at 0745h. Breakfast was average and the service poor. At dinner, both the food and service improved. Expect much more from a Radisson Blu.

At the time of booking I requested a driver to collect us at the airport as I don't like dealing with transportation after a flight. It was booked for us through the hotel. Our driver was waiting for with our name on a sign. It was a very nice drive to the hotel. The hotel also arranged for a driver back to the airport on departure. At check in the young man could not have been more helpful with hotel information and helped us with maps and the like. We booked a suite room 735. It is absolutely beautiful. Two rooms plus on suite. Very quiet and enjoyable. As far as the hotel location you could not be more central. You are in minutes to everything. There are lots of shops all around the neighborhood. Also we felt very safe everywhere we went. Budapest is also a very clean city. We would like to thank hotel the manager (Mr Attila Botta for his wonderful staff. Thank you.

Just stayed three nights here, location is excellent with public transportation nearby and easy walk down to the Danube through some really interesting neighborhoods. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, made to order eggs and you could even squeeze your own oranges for fresh orange juice. Staff was very helpful, arranged our taxi to the train station. On the last day, housekeeping did not make up my room, which as a single person who is very neat is no big deal, the staff was eager to compensate and gave me a discount on the dinner we had in the hotel the night before. BTW, the food at the hotel was very good! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good positioned near to several touristic objectives like Parlament House or island Margareta. The area is not so quiet but is part of Budapest charm, with few terraces around. I stay in a superior room witch was very big and clean.

The hotel is very good positioned not so far to some touristic objectives like Parlament Palace or island Margareta. I stay in a superior room witch was very big and clean. On the reception you can change your money to a very good rate exchange. The staff is kind.

The Beke is in a great location very central to all amenities and public transport. We asked for a quiet room and although the view wasn't great overlooking a courtyard it was a lovely room with a very comfy bed and quite spacious. The bar/coffee shop is a nice area to relax in , WiFi was reasonable and most of the staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. However, housekeeping left a lot to be desired. On 2 occasions our room had not been made up when we arrived back in the hotel after 4:00pm , having left at 9:00am. A quick phone call and it was sorted however on another occasion our room was made up and we were not left any towels. The housekeeper was on our floor still and when we asked her for towels she said she did not have any. She went into another room and took their towels for us ( i can only assume she replaced them later). It didn't really effect our stay but was a bit of a pain in the butt.
