It is a 3 star hotel, but what make the difference is there above and beyond customer service by there front office staff. I had concern regarding my room been on lower floor but, supervisor Mr. Kiollar Tamas took care of the situation immediately and we were got a room to a higher floor. This place is at the walking distance from all tourist attractions. 3 star hotel with 5 STAR customer service by the hotel staff.
The location was great, very close to the metro which was a short and easy ride to where everything was happening The room was nice and clean. The best part of this hotel was Marcell , he was extremely helpful. He was very detailed and provided great information. He help me with taxi information, spa reviews, and restaurant recommendations and transportation. He was the star of this property. What I didnt like about this hotel was the lack of a coffee maker and coffee in the room which is essential in the start of my day. They also didn't provide any basic shampoo or conditioner. The breakfast was average and I thought extremely overpriced at 15 Euros . The hotel's interior is pleasing to the eye. I've stayed at at least 3 other Ibis properties and they all had coffee makers in the room. The lack of coffee was a real issue for me.
