Excellent location with Opera House and Basilica and shops within walking distance. Ambra hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was good and they also provided a welcoming champagne! Breakfast very good as well. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was in a great location, easily accessible to most attractions and sites But the problem was the ac unit was no t operating so the room was often quite warm and high humidity. Breakfast was great but the dining room was small . They offered to pack a to go breakfast due to early departure which was very nice We enjoyed our stay very much nonetheless

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were well decorated and cosy, the air conditioning worked nicely & I didn’t experience any late night noise, like some others had suggested. Excellent Choice in Budapest!

I just stayed at the Ambra for a week and give it a very high review. The hotel staff is excellent and always helpful and efficient. The hotel is well maintained and located in a great area for local dining as well as walking to many of the historical sites.
