Without a doubt the worst hotel I've been to in Brussels. Expensive for the services it provides. The breakfast buffet of very poor quality Sometimes there were bad odors, I guess for the facilities. The best, the waiters and the cleaning ladies I do not return definitively
I had a lovely stay wonderful staff. Great room a great Nespresso type coffee machine in room supplied lots of coffee which I love. A great breakfast spotless hotel. Only problem a bit away from restraints and shops.
The hotel is well established just on the edge of the office region (about 1 km from train station) The breakfast is fine with large variety of choices. My room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful when asked for assistance. In the evening the area is a little remote and other restaurants are about 1 km away but the hotel is a fine break out place for a city discovery.
I would really like to give this hotel more stars but the staff ruined the whole experience. In the first day. we visited the front desk to ask for directions to the train-metro station. The gentleman at the reception seemed extremely nervous and could not answer the question. And then, the woman with long blonde hair literally pushed him away, grabbed his pen and started to talk to us aggressively in FRENCH! I asked her to talk to me in English (Should I have?). My husband and I felt really unwelcome by her attitude. Honestly, she was unable to just share a piece of information as she consumed her energy being angry and ironic (with no obvious reason as it was the very first encounter we had with her). We ended up saying that we do not need any further information as she was extremely rude and gave us an attitude. We never visited the reception for information eversince. We asked the locals or our drivers or google for infomartion concerning the city. The hotel management should take into serious consideration incidents like this. People travel to meet different people, observe other ethics and manners, learn more about history and architecture, comprehend other cultures. The first impression is given by the hotel hosts and not by the buildings. Is this the impression you want to give your guests?? I will never choose this hotel again as the service is below average and the staff knows how to make their guests feel unwelcome and annoying.
We stayed in Husa hotel for 8 nights from Christmas till new year, and we found it to be a great hotel. - Location: 2.5km away from the grande place. - Hotel garage: underground parking, direct elevator to the rooms (25€/night) - Rooms: family rooms big enough for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby). The family room consists of two connected rooms. - Room Service: this is the only disadvantage as there isn’t any room service so we were not able to order food in our room at all. - Breakfast was good. - Good Value for money: we paid 150€/night which is a great value at this time of the year and for a family room
We spent 2 nights at the hotel after Christmas of 2017. It was a very pleasant stay. the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfy. the toiletry wasn't fancy but it did the purpose. the room was quite and clean. the heating in the room was adequate and we were able to control it. the location of the hotel is far from the center of attraction however it is 8 minutes walk from the metro station. the neighborhood didn't seem that safe, especially when you get close to the metro station...
It began with most unfriendly lady at the reception by the name Manuela who is as slow as ant in checking us in and then the hotel WiFi was as slow as her companion ant. The bath room door made screeching sound to open was so disturbing for people sleeping. The paid breakfast was supposed to be full American but the spread had no selection and was awful too.
I'm here just for one night with my family. We waited for over 20mins to be served, which was fine by us. But when we finally reached reception, the lady at the desk- Manuella was so rude and curt. She took several minutes to find our reservation. Took nearly 15mins to check us in and refused to answer any questions. She said Indians like myself do things in a hurry and that she's worked in an Indian embassy and cannot function in this form and that we need to wait till she processes our payment before answering any of our questions. We were willing to bear some of her rudeness but didn't feel it was right to speak to me and my parents in this manner. Rooms are decent and adequate a night but this behaviour is unacceptable and not worth my money.
I didn't know what to expect. However I was pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean and they had shower caps, and everything one might forget to pack. They also have breakfast for 15 euros. I have never seen alcohol sold in a vending machine. Rooms were spacious. We had a hallway and large shower area. The bathroom was in next room off the shower. This hotel is walking distance from the train station
The location is in a less than exciting part of town on a characterless road. The room was comfortable enough but not particularly memorable. There was a coffee maker and the free wifi was good enough to stream Netflix. One thing that impressed me as a visitor from the UK was that I could watch BBC1, 2 and 3 on the TV. I only used the restaurant for breakfast, which was adequate but nothing exciting. The hotel seemed to be used either by coach tours or overnight transfer passengers. Every time I was in the lobby it was full of people either getting off a bus or waiting to get on one A comfortable enough stay but not somewhere that I would be in a hurry to go back to
