My Wife and I stayed here for a night and found the hotel to very comfortable, service was excellent and the rooms and bed were very comfortable. If we go back to Brussels we will be staying here again.
We arrived at the hotel to celebrate an Anniversary and were very pleased with everything. We were given a fabulous room to help us celebrate and the staff were so lovely. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and the overall feel of the hotel was very special. With regards to location we had no complaints either. It was 5 minutes walk from the North Station, which was very easy to reach from the airport. It was also a good spot for moving around the city...we literally walked everywhere...from the Atomium to the Grand Place. Brussels as a whole was great and well worth a visit if you have never been. Thank you to all the staff at the Husa President Park Hotel...but particularly Ajay on Reception.
Wouldn't fault it in any way. Great service by all staff and we got all what we requested. Good variety of food as well. Hotel is not in a crowded area yet the market square was only 15 drive away. Would def stay here if I were to visit again.
Staff were extremely courteous and attentive, room was pleasant and shower had decent pressure. I particularly enjoyed the bar and the outdoor seating area in a lovely private garden. Pity the WiFi speeds were a bit pants.
I stayed 3 nights from 04-07/08/2017, and I have mentioned below comments; 1- Not all Rooms with air conditioning. 2- Check in lady staff was not cooperative. All my requests were refused by her, for example I requested for connecting rooms, she said the hotel is full, while other staff said there is vacant connecting rooms?!. 3- In the check in process, No luggage boy there, but in check out they have one. 4- There is No food variety in the Breakfast, every day same menu. 5- Resturant staff were tactless.
I stayed at this hotel on business and although it appeared that we went through a dubious looking neighbourhood, the hotel itself appeared to very grand. The entrance was large and plush and we go served fairly quickly, considering a coach party had just arrived. The welcome could have been smoother, as there were three receptionists but no real order. The room itself, from what I have noted was comfy and clean (although no carpet), but you could hear noise still. Now, I can not remember whether this was from outside or inside the hotel. But on a plus point, it had accessible sockets, so I didn't have to move furniture around to charge my phone, or use the lap top. The real downside was the bathroom that I have noted was not well maintained or cleaned thoroughly and there was a hand print in red (I'm hoping it was not blood!) on the wall. The meal is pricey that I had, and not overly appetizing. Generally the staff are generally approachable and friendly and the hotel itself is clean, but I don't think I would recommend it, not because it is bad but I think you can get better. However, you won't be disappointed if you stay, but you won't be overjoyed either.
Hotel is not far from train station around 5-10 mins walk, room is OK, breakfast is fine. Lovely garden in the hotel. A bit full of tour from tourist company. There is a supermarket just at the back of the hotel.
Recently spent four nights here. We were given a huge room very spacious, quiet and comfortable, this really is a lovely hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast each morning was fresh with plenty of choice and hot tea and coffee. Location an easy walk to the station. Downside: This time of year (their summer) the bar and the restaurant are closed so apart from breakfast which is great, you need to go into town to eat.
It was our first stay at this hotel arrived early got room straight away very good service From staff and very helpful . The hotel 25 mins walk from centre la grand place and 15 mins away from national express station .room very specious for a family of three . Breakfast is ok 15 euro person for our next visit will book at this hotel
It was my second stay at this hotel. My first stay was some 4 years ago. The hotel is 5 star in terms of its reception area, rooms, cleanness, service, internet wifi. The breakfast is good but nothing special. However I ate twice at the hotel restaurant and on both occasions the food was excellent. Its price is 'normal' for Brussels. The waiters at the restaurant and the receptionists were helpful at all instances. The only drawback for the hotel is its location, some 25 minutes walk from the Gran Place centre. I would stay again at this hotel.
