The hotel was very comfortable, close to the airport with a free shuttle. Next to a very quaint little town within walking distance. The staff was very helpful pointing us to local restaurants, shops, etc.
Hotel is updated, nice and clean. Good food and awesome service. Breakfast is just one of the best with personalized service. My family was very happy eating here with a large variety of choices. Also the outside atmosphere was very nice
Really spacious room two really comfortable double beds, bath, and shower, some English TV channels, everywhere very clean and tidy. Excellent bar meals and a good selection of beers. Highly recommended.
Perhaps if you’re paying to stay here you might be treated like a normal human being, but if you’re sent there by your airline because your flight is cancelled due to weather, be prepared to be treated like a second-class citizen. They lock the mini bar in your room and don’t even ask you if you’d like to put down a credit card to have it open. We ordered wine with the free buffet dinner (which was really bad but I suppose I can’t complain about it since it was free). When we ordered the wine we were told we’d have to pay for it, which we of course knew, but when they brought the wine the waiter stood there waiting for us to pay for it on the spot immediately. Apparently they didn’t believe that we would actually pay for our wine after our meal. We were booked in two rooms because we are five people. The airline agent told us she booked us a double and a triple, and the receptionist at check-in confirmed the same. When we were going to bed we pulled out the sleeper sofa and discovered there were no sheets on it. Neither room had sheets for the sleeper sofa so we called Housekeeping to ask for sheets for the sleeper sofa for the triple room. We were told that sheets would cost us extra. What???? But we are supposed to have a triple room. The man said, “No, you are supposed to have three rooms - a double, a double and a single.” I explained to him that we were booked for two rooms, a double and a triple, and that’s what we’re in, but we just need sheets for the sofa bed, and he still insisted that I needed to come down to the front desk and check-in for a third room. I had to argue with him and tell him that was not possible since we only had two adults, so we could not occupy three rooms. After about 5-minutes of arguing he finally said, “Fine, we’ll bring you sheets, but it will take us about an hour.” Oh my goodness! I suppose the hotel would have made more money if we had stayed in three rooms instead of two but that was just ridiculous. Based on our experience there I would not stay at another Crowne Plaza, nor recommend it.
The hotel is within walking distance from our offices. I make monthly reservations at the restaurant (à la carte) and never had any complaints from my client. The organisation of my meetings run always smoothly. Just one disappointment to me was the cold/warm buffet lunch. We were a group of 14 assistants and were not impressed with the buffet. I missed freshness in the mainly industrial and untasty food. Waiter was very kind.
Location is good for airport, but also walkable into Zaventem town for restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very useful to have spare mini toiletries available on request (I had forgotten my toothpaste), I would happily stay again, but it's obviously not a great location for a holiday stay.
This airport is good for a one night stay. Located 5 minutes or so from the airport. There is not much to do but a short walk into town and you have options to eat. The gym is only for cardio and the breakfast buffet is good. The rooms are nice.
From the moment I entered the reception area I was impressed. It’s spacious and modern but with a relaxed ambiance. Arriving late we I had chicken sandwich from the bar snack menu . Excellent. The staff both here and at breakfast were the same ,excellent . They were all extremely smart in attire, polite but certainly approachable. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice for all palates. Our room again was excellent with all the amenities you could wish for. All in all a wonderful short experience I will definitely recommend to all I know Thank you to all the staff
Stayed for one night before heading to China from Brussels. Nice and easy check in and and out. Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was great and the a/c/ worked nice and quitely. Trip to the airport was quick and easy.
Staying here after a long coach journey from Austria was a good choice by the coach company. I hope they continue to use the hotel for future.journeys when it fits their programmes. Obviously great if you are using the airport.
