Good place if you traveling with a pet
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are a good size and well kept.

Property was clean and nice. Only thing that was a small problem the walls are thin so you could hear other guests. I would stay here again.

Definitely needs more parking! The elevator is old and only one. It takes forever to even get to breakfast or out of building. Breakfast was terrible! I would not stay here again!
The room was clean..staff friendly..my problem is with the dog walk area..there was poop everywhere it seemed..difficult to walk without stepping in it..a poop clea up station like they use in dog parks would help..they provide bags for picking up the poop and a trash can for disposal..also a sign encouraging guest to clean up after their pets might help..the front desk clerk could also encourage the guest to clean up while informing the guest of the pet walking area..maybe you could have staff do a walk through a couple times a day to check the cleanliness of this area and have it cleaned when necessary..guest pay extra for the opportunity to bring their pet..I would think a clean area to walk them should be expected..
The bed was too soft no support. My husband slept on the couch. Not enough towels. There were only two towels. I had to ask for more each day.
After deciding to start our getaway a day early we didced to book this hotel since it's owned by wyndham. We thought the price was good and it should be a nice place. Long story short we get there around 1 am and we have 2 children so we are exhausted and ready for bed. We get our room and first thing we notice is it doesn't look like the room had been cleaned. Bed sheets had hair all over them. So we fold them down and one bed had stains not only on the sheets but also the mattress protector. Crumbs and ants in the floor at the ac unit. Blood on the front of the toilet. It was just gross. We did change rooms and that room appeared to be a little nicer but there should never be any of those things I just mentioned.
You can never reach the hotel when caliing directly you always get a mesaage that the number is not in service.
Location was very good to what we was interested.
Employees were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the morning breakfast. The only choices consisted of choice between four dry cereals. I understand the COVID virus brought about changes but don’t advertise a continental breakfast and then offer dry cereal. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions on where to eat and what to do.
