This hotel is very pretty in a traditional way. The junior suite was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was at the top of the house and very quiet. Only complaint was that the mattress was too firm!

While our trip to Bruges was Wonderful, our stay at the Pand hotel was disappointing. At 200 euro a night you are given a "Charming" room. This room has a super small bathroom that only the smallest of people can fit. I am a 170lb man and had a really had a hard time fitting on the stool. Anyone bigger would've gotten stuck, see photo below. If you must at this hotel spend the €50 upgrading to the larger room.

We have visited Bruges many times and for this occasion my Wife chose the Pand Hotel. It is central and very quaint, has an excellent team helping us enjoy our stay, delicious and unusual breakfasts, serving all fresh food and baking accompanied by a glass of champagne and the option of a free city walking tour by a professional guide. As well as quirky rooms and suites on 4 levels they have recently installed a lift. There is a bar and separate lounge and the whole place is so clean and well looked after. We loved it. Thanks for looking after us so well.

Was a lovely place to stay.. location was fantastic and we walked all over from the hotel. The breakfast husband and wife duo were so charming and the breakfast was perfect. We had a fabulous time. If you have a bigger car which we did, the hotel has a parking lot which is further away from the hotel.

We booked The Pand through searching on the times best rated in Bruges and we definitely didn’t regret our decision. The staff are lovely and very welcoming, they gave us a lot of advice of things to do each day. When we arrived we asked about the weather as it was forecasted to rain, each morning and evening we had a note on our bed with the weather for the day. We have breakfast in the hotel on the first morning and it was delicious. Our room (charming) was small and had a strange smell of the sewers but we weren’t in our room for long and it was street side so we didn’t bother complaining, but worth noting! The bed was very comfy, small bathroom and good wardrobe space. The hotel is a 2 minutes walk from the main square and very close to all the touristy bits and best bars. If you’re a couple staying for a long weekend, I would definitely recommend The Pand and it’s a well deserved best rated romantic hotel in Bruges since 2011!! You won’t be disappointed.

This was our first time in Bruges and my husband and I stayed here two nights. Upon arrival we were able to upgrade to a junior suite for a much lower price than normal. They showed us the two suites that were available and we selected the room on the main floor, close to the breakfast room. We loved the room, as it opened up onto a courtyard/patio. It was very quiet and the service by the front desk staff was outstanding. They helped us with restaurant reservations, maps, taxis. The lobby has some very nice rooms to sit and/or have a drink. It's an all around lovely hotel centrally located. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 3 days leading up to New Year’s Eve with my girlfriend and this hotel did not disappoint. I wanted a hotel that was central, unique and embraced the Christmas holidays. The entrance to the hotel had two beautiful decorated Christmas tress at the entrance and another one in a lounge area. The room was 402 and had a wonderful view of Bruges. The room was ideal for us. Don’t expect a huge room. It’s a small room but not to the point that it is uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent and is served downstairs with the option of a glass of champagne in the morning. Omelettes are freshly cooked right in front of your eyes. The location is perfect as it just a few minutes walk to the main square. There is a lovely cosy bar and separate lounge which at that time of year adds to the charm and warmth of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful with Sophie getting a special mention for her professionalism. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

The most amazing small luxury hotel I have had the pleasure to stay at. The staff were amazing from the beginning. After booking, I requested their help in finding a restaurant to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday and they provided me with all the options and were able to book it for me. They upgraded us on arrival as there were still some rooms free and offered a glass of champagne to celebrate. I cannot fault the service at all. The room was spacious, decorated well with a extremely comfortable bed and a bubble bath too! The location fantastic as in the middle of town close to everything. They also offer a voucher for a free city walking tour. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Brugge.

What a stunning hotel! If you're looking for a romantic hotel in a prime location, don't go anywhere else! The Pand was beautiful, so beautiful and classy. The lounge with an open fire and antique decor reminded me of a national trust manor! We didn't have the breakfast but I'm sure it would've been lovely. Instead of indulged in all the chocolate bruge had to offer (who doesn't love chocolate for breakfast?!). There is the most amazing chocolate shop around the corner with a chocolate fountain & marshmellows to try - make sure you go in there! I'll never forget the Pand hotel, I hope to return! PS the location is phenomenal - so close to everything in Bruges - trust me! 5 min walk from all the big sites!

Located five minutes walk from the main square, the hotel is in a quiet side street near some canals. Lovely location, consistently nice friendly staff - couldn't have asked for anything more. wonderful restaurant recommendations. Fantastic breakfast service! the glass of fizz for a starter was very indulgent.
