Exceptional stay at the Pand. Been to Bruges a few times and this hotel is my favorite. Location is fantastic, staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

This is a beautiful, quaint hotel in a great location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and included champagne. The entire hotel is cozy and beautifully decorated. The room we had (top floor) included a big jacuzzi tub for two, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The location was close to everything. I highly recommend!!

An excellent boutique hotel in Bruges!

A beautiful boutique hotel with a great location in Bruges. Staff is exemplary, and my stay was excellent. The room was quaint but well appointed. The only negative was the wi-fi. It consistently dropped, and I had to reconnect several times a day. This needs some immediate attention. I was on the first floor of the hotel, so I don't feel like it was an access point issue. Once I was connected I had a decent connection.

I cannot recommend this property enough!!!! Prime location!!!!! Breakfast with champagne was a perfect way to start everyday! Staff was very friendly, informative and helpful! Room was 5 Star! My son loved the chess set in our room. Very dark, comfortable bed. Private parking too! Recommended for romantics getaways. We went as a family but I see how not many kids stay here. It’s quiet. It’s quaint. It’s peaceful. Worth every penny! You don’t be disappointed!

The hotel was comfortable and charming. We were greeted with a glass of cava and extremely professional and friendly staff. Breakfasts were served with the possibility of eating fruit salad, bacon and eggs, various breads and cheeses and latte’s or other coffees and teas. Best of all we were offered cava for breakfast. Great customer service, providing recommendations for dinner and best beer locations. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again during future visits! Breakfast looked amazing, although we opted to eat out at local restaurants. The hotel bar is lovely and relaxing. Great location!

Perfect location

The service was very good however, we needed to charge a borrowed electric car and the when we questioned the gentleman helping us if the Tesla charger would indeed charge the Hyundai we were driving, he was confident it would. However, the following morning, it hadn't charged. The new attendant verified that it was incorrect to park in that garage & that they have other chargers for for non-teslas. We were refunded the charge fee but still had to take time from our day to charge the car.
