This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The biggest compliment I can pay it is that it felt like home. The staff were all outstanding and helped with places to visit and getting around. The room was superb, huge bed and so comfortable and clean. Stunning hotel with real character. My room had a path with lots of stairs, thankfully they gave me easier access with all my luggage! I didn't check out the breakfast or bar, but it looked nice. The room was simpler than anticipated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and included decent towels and was comfortably heated. The hotel is at a great location, a few minutes from the plaza.

We had a wonderful time, it was a great place to stay while exploring Bruges. We stayed in the Library room-it was elegant and serene, and we absolutely loved it. The room was large and very comfortable. The views were lovely.
