The hotel is one of the best places we have stayed. The food is excellent and up to Michelin Star standard. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. There is even champagne provided at breakfast. It was our wedding anniversary and they gave us a bottle of champagne in our room. The couple who are the owners are on hand to ensure everything is up to their excellent standard. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. We shall certainly be back. A visitor in their visitors book has been back 25 times.

Our three day stay in this lovely hotel set the perfect scene for our visit to Bruges. The level of detail in the fixtures and furnishings was exceptional and of the highest quality. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had the right balance of being available but not at your every turn. Would highly recommend hotel and restaurant as being amongst the best we have stayed in.

This hotel is intimate and welcoming with well appointed rooms and attentive owner and staff. It is very close to the centre of Bruges. Excellent recommendations for restaurants and cafes. Everything we expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We stayed in room 17 which is very nice. Large King bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with separate shower- heated floors and whirlpool bath. There is also a nice sitting room. The bedroom has a large picture window looking out into an inner courtyard/hallway with heavy curtains. The sitting room has a picture window with views of the street. The hotel leaves fruit and port each evening in the room to enjoy. Wonderful breakfast and very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. The owner is hands-on and makes each guest feel welcome

A truly beautiful hotel that lives up to the luxurious standard you expect from Relais&châteaux properties. We have a suspicion that we may have enjoyed a sneaky upgrade but as we hadn’t seen any other rooms in the hotel (and the staff didn’t mention anything) we enjoyed a wonderfully quiet Christmas day in our beautifully appointed room with a view. We were just a little confused about dinner and breakfast as the dining options weren’t explained. Christmas eve dinner was a full 6 course degustation menu which was delicious but we didn’t know that there were no other options and prices for dinner or wine were not displayed or explained beforehand. Also the breakfast options were not clear: buffet to the right and continental to the left but even when we sat in the room on the left expecting a smaller continental buffet, it seems that one has to specifically ask for it (?)and no explanation was offered by the staff. While I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel heritage again, I would clarify a few details when booking, especially if planning on dining in the restaurant to avoid any surprises on the bill.

We had just an amazing stay at Hotel Heritage. The place is so beautiful, the staff so nice and the restaurant was crazy. The cosiness of the place makes you want to stay there forever. Superbe room with all the amenities necessary and even more. Thank you :)

I am not given to gushing but I can't find enough superlatives to get over how much I like and respect this Hotel. Every single part of our stay and experience has been exemplary The people, the room, the service, the welcome, the food, even the way the doors open, joke, was impressive. I know I've said many times about other places that we will be back but we will definitely be back here and soon. Our very sincere thanks to all you very talented people.

We have been coming back to this amazing hotel since our honeymoon in December 2009, each time we return we are made to feel welcome and special , the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms, well what can I say just luxury!!! spotlessly clean with nice little touches like fruit, sweets, chocolate, coffee machine. The bedding is top quality cotton with feather mattress topper and pillows. You just have to go.Thank you and see you next December.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. It is only small and certainly does not have a corporate feel to it. All the staff were polite and friendly. There isn’t one thing I would change. The breakfasts were fantastic.

Hotel Heritage - Relais and Chateaux was exceptional from location to staff. Special touches such as the fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room and the bag with water for our journey upon checking out as well as impeccable service really put this hotel over the top. The location could not be better for excellent poring Bruge.
