We just spent 2 nights in Bruges, and picked this hotel from the Rick Steves Bruges book. Its fairly expensive, but if you have the dough, well worth it. we had a beautiful room on the top floor. The staff was incredibly attentive, room was very clean and comfortable. We were comp't breakfast one day - its expensive, but so worth it. The location is fabulous, just a block outside of the main square, but quiet. You won't be disappointed
We had originally booked at another hotel that wasn't clean and we were able to get a reservation that day. I can't imagine how our trip would have been without staying here. The decor is traditional but it is beautiful and the accomodations are modern and amazing. We had a beautiful spacious room. The location is close to everything. The staff couldn't have been better taking care of every detail you could think of. I love this hotel and would highly recommend it. We will be back every time we are in town.
A beautifully updated former home with perfect details. It is an oasis of calm in this delightful town which, unfortunately, has become almost overwhelmed by tour groups. The Heritage helps make the visit a success.
Most memorable in our experience was the attention to quality, seen in everything from the manner of the front desk and breakfast staff to the little thoughtful details in the public areas and in our room. Every effort is made to ensure that the visitor feels genuinely welcome and comfortable. We appreciated the warm courtesy of everyone we met in the Hotel Heritage. The breakfast menu and service were outstanding, and we enjoyed having the choice of taking it at a leisurely pace when we wished. The location of the hotel was ideal, being only a couple of short blocks from the Markt, which made it both quiet and convenient. In short, we had a thoroughly delightful stay at Hotel Heritage!
We stayed for a weekend on the third floor near the lift. It was a very comfortable room and hotel. The food was excellent - even afternoon tea was lovely! The bathroom and bedroom were perfectly adequate for a short stay and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and well trained. We'd definitely stay again.
The hotel is very centrally located. The decor of the room was very quaint and local flemish. The staff very attentive and service quite personalised. The room had everything we needed, including a nespresso machine and a small bose music player. The restaurant is closed on Mondays so can't comment. I don't think you need more than one day in Bruges. It is a lovely town of chocolate, waffles, moules and blond beer served on gorgeous lego like houses decorated with lace. This hotel is the perfect starting point.
Very good location to stay in Bruges! Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming! We also left our luggage with the hotel after checkout for the entire afternoon and into the evening. The hotel did not mind at all! We highly recommend!
Super location in the centre of the city and still cheap parking less than 10,- fot 24 hours. Restaurant deserves at least 2 Michelin stars. 2 young chefs with great crearivity and still understand the classic kitchen laws.
Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Breakfasts not to be missed. Perfectly located in the heart of old Bruges to step out and explore this historical and cultural town. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I recently visited Relais & Chateaux Hotel Heritage with my husband & another couple for a more luxurious trip to Bruges. Hotel Heritage is located in the perfect location for travelers interested in exploring the city on foot & surrounded by a number of great restaurants & shops (without being too noisy late in the evening.) Hotel concierge is able to assist with everything from restaurant recommendations & reservations to car service etc. Rooms here are clean & comfortable with all of the luxuries that are expected from a hotel of this standard. Bar, Restaurant & Spa were exceptional as well. I will certainly be recommending Hotel Heritage for travelers to Bruges in the future.
