Booked a suite for 5 people 6 months before arrival. Called week before to confirm. Drove 10 hours got to the property , no suites available. Front staff rude. Blamed Orbitz booking, seems to be a scam. By time you get to the property multiple suites have been sold and reality they do not have any available. Then your stuck getting a second room or roll out bed that doesn’t even fit in the room. Even more damning in the parking lot got on line and sure enough suite available, even through there were none. Very disappointing. And the staff and dirty room made it even worse. Only saving grace, the lady making breakfast was the nicest person and the food was good.

Friendly staff, good variety of breakfast items. The property needs updating. There are no usb outlets and very few regular outlets to plug into. I was there 1 week and asked that room be cleaned 4 of those days. On one of them, the bed was not made, coffee pod not removed from machine and no new pods left. Also, the nearest entrance/exit was not allowing entry with the card key and I had to walk around to the front of the building to the front door of the hotel to enter.
Okay for the price. Nice breakfast. Otherwise the room was well kept and clean.

Bad location, room was next to interstate and heard every vehicle and truck that passed. That was my fault for not checking in more detail of interstate, but hotel was not full so why place me in a room right next to interstate.

This was my first time to stay at Holiday Inn in Brookhaven and it was amazing! The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating, my room was very clean and it was quiet. It was so quiet, we slept in and missed their breakfast which I heard from another guest that it was fabulous. I definitely recommend this hotel to people staying overnight or several days. The room was better than what I had at Hampton!
We were blown away by this hotel in Brookhaven, MS (not a usual tourist destination)! The hotel must be new, because the decor looked very trendy & modern. The rooms were big and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. If you are looking for a good value on a hotel in Brookhaven, pick this one!
