Okay stay for one night.

Stay was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. Got down for breakfast at 7am open and eggs were cold to start waffle machine had sign that said not available today. Very small selection. Ended up at the A&W next door.

We liked the room, especially the convenience of having our own countertop and sink. However, the Asian woman at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. Even during checkout, an elderly couple kindly advised her to smile and be more cheerful.

Hotel was very nice and clean. My room smelt strong of perfume and I requested a new one. The front desk lady showed me 3 different rooms and we did a smell test in each to see which one me and my allergies could handle. It was the nicest gesture and very unexpected. I greatly appreciated it.

We have always stayed here as a team, but never again and will not recommend. Front desk lady was going to charge us $50 for an early check in of less than 1 hour, we were spending over $600 to stay there. Then when I said that is not good business she never said hello or r good morning to any of us! I was yelled at by breakfast lady for going to wash my hands in the breakfast room- sorry never seen the sign, could have nicely said- please use the washroom, but was yelled at. Our coach needed handicap parking- all the handicap spots were sheer ice and garbage. As for the room it wasn’t too bad other than the fan had never been cleaned of dusty bunnies since they opened! The first 3 days of our stay the hot tub was not working. There was one night person that was awesome, they looked up from their phone and acknowledged us. The whole works needs a lesson in customer service.
