THis hotel is modern and has the best beds. I slept so well and the room is spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I am ever in Brandon again, I would stay there again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us regarding this unfortunate situation. The CIty of Brandon shut off the water main that also services our hotel, and gave us approximately 5 minutes notice. We did our best to respond quickly to this situation, and were able to provide bottled water to our guests, brought in Tim Hortons Coffee, and arranged with a neighboring hotel to provide showers. As an option we also opened our pool at 7 AM so our guests would not have to sit in the rooms. We did our best to reach as many guests as possible by putting notices under each door as well. We tried to explain and apologize to as many guests as possible and we are deeply sorry if we did miss speaking with any of our guests. This is the first time in 4 years that this kind of incident has happened and the City has assured us they have also taken steps to ensure it will be minimal in the future. Thank you again and in spite of this I do hope you were able to have a good nights rest and enjoy our breakfast. Thank you again
