The rooms were comfortable and the lobby area was great for gathering with our group. My biggest complaint was the breakfast. We actually booked this hotel over another because they had a wonderful breakfast last year. This year it was terrible. Bagels and muffins, no butter, no cream cheese no protein to be found. Such a disappointment for a group that was traveling for a sporting event and thought they were getting a protein filled breakfast like they had last year before it became “Spark”.

Well first impressions was that this was an older property but well maintained. The area outside was free of trash and had nice flowers planted. The property itself was visibly clean and the rooms were visibly clean and the beds were very comfortable. However after a two day stay there my wife and I experienced what appeared to be bug bites on our arms legs and torso. Almost like welts or mosquito bites but we do not know where they came from or what caused it other than waking up the second morning with itchy bits on our arms and legs. We have to give you an honest feedback. In the elevator there was a sign about a lady bug infestation in and around the property, We didn't see any lady bugs but this let us wondering what really bit up our bodies. I wonder if anyone else experienced the same issue.
