All staff was fantastic, the front desk night shift in particular was a bright and friendly face to greet your guests! Clean property, all our needs were met, my entire family said they would stay here again!

Been there several times!

We have stayed at the Comfort Inn several times over the years. Always pleased with their service and the rooms. This trip was slightly different because the shower handle wouldn't go all the way to hot so I was unable to shower. I called the front desk and the Ladies came to my room and tested it too, when they couldn't get it to work they gave me another room. I was in an adjoining King suite so I was able to just go thru the adjoining door, I didn't have to take everything out in the hall or go far. That was nice. They were both very helpful and sweet.

Yuck!!

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is showing it”s age. About one third of the bathroom tiles are cracked and loose. My wife found a small pile of fingernail clippings on the bottom sheet. Clearly the sheets had not been changed.

We did not check inn @ cave city comfort inn due to very bad weather coming in that area & our state is going to be bad also . So we went straight home after checking out at Bowling green comfort inn suits for safe travels home to indiana . It was very good stay at the comfort suits meet all our needs then some .very happy .

Worth a stay

Great time, clean, excellent front desk staff who helped me figure out a reservation issue finding hotel.com reservations, due to them being filed under the given names for the rooms versus mine. Indoor pool was great, super clean. Beds were comfy, good pillows, decent breakfast, can easily walk to numerous yummy food places.
