A few issues: The toilet was was clogged. The desk person offered a plunger so we could fix it ourselves. As a guest I have never been asked to fix anything. We would up staying in two rooms because of the toilet issue. Both rooms were provisioned for one person even though we had booked for two guests. I feel like this place was way overpriced for what it is upon checking in I went back to the front desk and ask if I could have a couple of extra towels as they're only two very very small towels. I was told that there are two towels there already and basically was not given any extra towels despite requesting two extra towels I find that to be ridiculous for you know I paid $85 $90 something like that and the place was empty so I'm like you got to have plenty of towels man you know there's no big deal and then check out time they start knocking on my door at 10:00 till 11:00 I say I'm packing up be out at 11:00 at 11:01 on the dot they start knocking on the door hard I open the door in this rude woman tells me that I'm going to be charged 30 extra dollars I literally have everything backed up I'm ready to walk out the door and that's what she said I'm like really you're going to charge me $30 for one minute I said I might as well stay the full hour if that's what I'm being charged for and of course she didn't have anything to say she was just very rude and condescending and I just got the hell out of there. I would never stay there again very strange chemical smell in the hallways I went up to the front lobby once again and nobody was there a sign up saying they were gone I don't know just you know would never choose to stay there again I've stated many days ends and this is by far the worst I've ever been at . Not giving me towels and the rude check out process we're enough

Room was Average, price was right. Wanted fresh towels had to take our dirty ones to them, they proceeded to count them and give me back only what they got not a washcloth more. Indoor pool was great and warmer than the shower water. Honestly that was the worst thing was the lack of hot water and that the tub plumbing wiggled in the wall when the faucet was used. There was no trash service. Breakfast was all carb based, great waffles.

Room was clean, but the fitted bed sheet was old, worn, stretched out, and way too small for the bed. It was constantly all wrinkled up under us. Staff was friendly, but when i was asked to check in online, during the check-in process, I was told I could check-in before 9 am for $60. We arrived at 5 am, but the owner refused to honor the $60 fee. He said it had to be between 7 am and 9 am. I pointed out that the notification during check-in did not specify that. He grunted and made us pay for a full extra night, which far exceeded $60! We did not have the breakfast. Parking was adequate.
