The elevator was broke. We reserved a room with a Jacuzzi and did not get it. That was for two nights. One of the staff members was very friendly and helpful, but all of the others were basically rude and incompetent.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was disappointing. Only waffles, cereal and yogurt. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Tv is very small and shower is dangerous. The design for the shower is supposed to make sure no water gets out but the floor was wet plus the entrance to the shower doesn’t drain properly which makes the whole shower very slippery. I almost fell. Probably should put some tub strips in so that no one does get hurt!

Out of downtown but close enough

The location is perfect. Close enough to the action of town but far enough that it is quiet and you can hear the stream. The fresh made breakfast is very nice but is only offered on the weekend. The rooms are newly renovated with a rustic feel. I would stay here again.

Visiting Mammoth Cave trip

Nice clean room. Waffles good but no oatmeal or any toast or pastries. Don’t eat at nearby Watermill Restaurant. Awful buffet and run down building. Hotel nice quiet location off I-65. Stop at Buc-ee’s down the highway 20 minutes

Beds was firm, but comfortable. The gotel was clean and staff were friendly. Thecair conitioner fan was very loud and annoying. Breakfast was below average -waffle station, cold cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. Bagels and cream cheese or muffins would have been nice.
