The room looked updated and loved the layout. It was simple, modern and convient in layout of bathroom and bedroom. There wasn't much in terms of breakfast. I have stayed at other places during the pandemic and had far better included breakfast.

Property was very clean, staff very helping and friendly. Parking lot had great lighting at nite. We will definitely b staying here again when we plan on going back in September

I have a dfficult time finding hotels to stay in because of allergies to molds, fragrances, etc. This hotel was great. Very clean but not any cleaning smells. It was great.

Hotel staff was extra helpful when I had to fax an important form. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Very conveniently located near Mammoth Caves, clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds.

Nice spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Pet friendly, and courteous staff. I will definitely book this facility again.

Pros, Everybody was friendly and the hotel was clean. Nice pool. Good breakfast. And was close to most attractions. Cons, Its right off of the interstate so the traffic was alittle noise from that. The pool had alot of chlorine or something in it because it dryed out skin really bad and eyes. But over all ut was good place. One of the better one in that area.

The Hotel was nice. The location was sketchy. A lot of closed businesses at this exit and no where to eat. The pool needed cleaned, it was sort of milky looking.

The pool was dirty and smelled musty. The hot tub didn't work. The bathtub wouldn't hold water. The hallway floors were dirty. The elevator was broken.

We slept well, enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room very much and ate a good breakfast each morning.

I have visited this Hotel approximately 12 times. We use it as a get away in the winter. 2 out of the last 4 times the hot tub has been down. The wall paper is falling off the wall. The toilet takes about 15-20 minutes to fill back up. Room 141.

Ceck in lady complaining she was working 16. Hours. No sit down Restaurants close by. Room out of tissues. Breakfast good!

Good! reasonably priced. Lots of towels. I felt completely rested. Delicious breakfast with lots of hot and cold items to choose from. Easy access to caves. Internet is OK as well.

Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, conveniently located to visit the area.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Mammoth Caves National Park. While there are other hotels located closer to the park, Hampton Inn seemed to provide a step up in quality and amenities without sacrificing value. We opted for a room with a whirlpool which was highly appreciated after a day of cave tours and hiking! However, when the room above us used their whirlpool, we heard both the running water and operating whirlpool. Also, as it was the weekend, there were a lot of kids in the hotel and their noise was easily heard. However, our biggest quibble was room cleaning. Our TV remote was not working, so we had to eventually get the maintenance man to replace it in the morning. He asked us if we needed room cleaning(which I feel should be a given every day) and we replied that we did, especially fresh towels. After coming back later that night, we were surprised to see that neither our room had been cleaned nor had towels been replaced. A call needed to be placed to the front desk which prompted a rather annoyed response from the desk agent. The hotel is located conveniently off the expressway, but is still about a 10 mile drive to Mammoth Caves. While the amenities were decent (breakfast was free and good, the pool and gym looked acceptable), the extra price doesn't seem worth it considering other hotels in the area probably provide similar amenities with better service.

Stopped for one night - right off the interstate, awesome room and breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Both me and my husband were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was for where it is located. We came through Horsecave on our way back from Gatlinburg, because he has family here. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the room we were in was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

Location off interstate was great and only a few miles from Mammoth Cave.....staff were great!!!
