Quality Inn & Suites

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Fortunately, this hotel isn't typical of the Quality Inn and Suites experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly quiet, and there was enough hot water. BUT, the toilet had heavy dirty stains running down the exterior of the bowl, chunks of tile were missing and half of the door sweep at the bottom on the entrance door was dangling loose. Plus the clock radio/alarm wasn't plugged in, and the shower curtain rod was about to come loose from the wall. These are things that are easy to solve, well mostly, but it speaks to a lack of care about the customer experience. We stayed in another Quality Inn the next night with a much better and more typical Quality experience, so we know it can be done.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The room was kind of small but still a decent affordable stay. Would recommend if you are passing through the area.

We were visiting the Mammoth Cave area for a week, and wanted to explore the area, not just the National Park. We had a nice time there - the pool was clean and refreshing, the breakfasts were good and sociable, and the staff were very nice and helpful, even though the place was very busy. Altogether a pleasant experience.

This was the first hotel of our cross-country trip and, unfortunately, the most in need of maintenance and cleaning. Rooms were dated, and exterior entrance included broken concrete and some trash. The staff were very kind, however, and breakfast was sufficient. The location was convenient to Mammoth Cave.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was decently priced and clean. There is not much in the way of restaurants in the area but the staff recommended a little pizza place up the street that was amazing! Nice for a cheap weekend getaway.

Everything in the room was quite clean. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable! The breakfast was hearty and abundant. The furniture is very new, which can be a pro for its cleanness and usage but could also be a con for its smell. Another suggestion is that the toilet can be improved since toilet paper was sometimes hardly rushed away.
