This hotel came through in a pinch. Set behind route 1 it's very convenient for travel in and around Boston. Clean, safe and, with comfortable beds - this is a win. It's not luxury but it's solid.

This is my favorite place to stay in Danvers. It’s especially convenient to have the kitchenette. Rooms are clean, comfortable, well-designed and thoughtfully stocked. Definitely recommend!

The room was very nice. I had asked for a shower chair and I didn’t get one plus I asked for a room that had safety bars in the shower but I didn’t get those either. Also my bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was very nice and helpful. And the gentleman who checked me out was very friendly.

Last minute booking that turned out perfectly! Loved the space and the room I was placed in. Two bedrooms, stocked kitchen, spacious and stocked bathroom, comfortable couch… not one complaint! Lived the complimentary coffee/tea upon arrival, very convenient to Salem (our reason for traveling to the area). Highly recommend and know where I will be booking to stay next October!

The hallways were really not clean with the same crumbs all over for the 2.5 days we were there. The room was fine A little outdated, but good. They only provided coffee for one of the 2 mornings we reserved and we had to go outside in a noreaster to the other building if we wanted more coffee. There were no maps or guidance to get to the laundry or fitness. Never did find the fitness.

Flies in room, sticky candy/gum under bed, patched holes not painted, kitchen tile missing, not repaired, not painted, rust on ceiling in bathroom, fridge broken and had to throw out food, people stomping up and down stairs. Staff not empathetic and unwilling to change rooms. We work hard for our money, $1200 is almost 3/4 our montly mortgage payment and if we are spending that much for 3 nights the room should be in much better condition. I dont believe a package of cheese and prosciutto along with hotel points (which we aren't earning since we went through hotels.com) is appropriate compensation. I would request one nights cost of stay to be refunded.
