Paid over $500/night for this hotel, with no choice due to a work event. For that price, there's no reason you should pay $15/day for internet, or 50 cents/page to print at the "business center", which is two computers and a 10 year old printer. In-room breakfast prices were astronomical ($50 for oatmeal, a croissant and tea). Location is good, room is large, and bed is comfortable, but the rest is just offensive for the price.

I absolutely loved the wine hour everyday and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating especially considering we had to store our bags after checkout as we had a late overseas flight!!

Staff: One of the front person wasn't smiling at all. Didn't seem to know much when we asked for VIP offer from Orbitz. The other front desk person was very nice and very professional to deal that issue. Room: Quiet and comfortable. Bigger room compared to other hotels we were looking. Location: Very convenient. Close to the train line and also walking distance to many tourist areas and restaurants. Cleanliness: Cleaning service wasn't impressed at all. Bathroom sink counter never looked cleaned after the service. Service of facility: Wehad to call for the error on safety box twice and each time we had to call for second time to see if they are on their way since no one comes for at least 20minutes. Wine hour: Nice wine hour every day. Compared to other Kimpton hotels we've stayed before, the appetizer was only one kind and wasn't good at all.

Could easily walk to all the things we wanted to see. Great hotel staff! Very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing were the bed corners which I continually bumped into! Bruised knees!

Great stay- in town for a concert, and had easy access to Fenway, staff was really nice. Late checkout (12), and breakfast was Key.

Perfect location, very outgoing staff always greets you warmly. Comfortable room and GREAT shower

Pleasant, clean, close. Downtown readily accessible.

Amazing hotel, beautiful, clean, close to everything and the staff is great.

beautifuly maintained and clean hotel that is walking distance to many of the historical points along the "Freedom Trail".

We had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Nine Zero hotel in Boston. Everything was smooth and the location was awesome. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. One downside is the noise from the bar that we could hear into the late hours- our room was on the 6th floor! Luckily I am a heavy sleeper and my boyfriend wears earbuds to bed. Also, it seems that valet parking is the only option and it is a bit expensive.

We've stayed at this hotel about ten times. The location is great, the wine hour is fun and they do not charge extra for bringing the dog. Unfortunately we've had a few mechanical issues on our stays, the cleanliness is fair. The hotel prides itself on being very modern and at times it seems that the desire to be hip supersedes other basic issues. You can't beat the location or the price, and that's the reason to stay here.

The hotel staff is fantastic. They were always very helpful and prompt in their response. The room was clean but the pillows were completely flat and uncomfortable. The heater was extremely noisy which was especially troublesome in the middle of the night when it would make a loud clanging sound. This was probably just my room though (room 1201) but something to keep in mind. The location can't be beat though and it was a pretty pleasant stay.

This is a very nice luxury hotel that iis right in the heart of things in Boston. A few minutes walk to the Common and Public Garden. The room was very comfortable and the bath/shower excellent. The view from oir 19th floor room was perfect.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable. My only complaint is about the pillows -- mine seemed a bit old/flat and needed to be replaced. Other than that, a fantastic experience

Great location nice clean hotel. Staff helpful and friendly

They were so kind to us during our stay. They are located near all the sites and a ton of cool bars and restaurants. They have a wine hour which is so nice and refreshing. I was very impressed with our hotel stay. The room was beautiful.

Bed was not very comfortable, mattress and pillows were not high quality.

Poor service, way expensive parking, cleaning staff very pleasant . Front desk folks not helpful

Great location, very friendly staff. The lobby was small, but inviting. The morning coffee and evening happy hour were great before heading out. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and reservations. The only gripe, and something that is common with older hotels, was the walls were paper thin. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

I spent a long weekend with my 14 year old daughter, her first trip to Boston and this hotel was perfect hip and cool and so central!
