Only complaint was our unit's shower door was leaking a little. That wasn't enough to detract from the rest of the stay much. Room was great, free wine hour was fun and the breakfast is excellent. They even waived a parking charge because of the issue with the shower and sent the engineer to go fix it. Solid place

I Check in at 5pm an outside my room were used plates with food from the previous guest. The shower door was not entirely clean. And I found shopping tickets from the previous guest.

This is a horrible hotel. Our room was like a dungeon. It was black and dreary. The walls were a dark grey, hardly any lighting. It did not look like the picture we saw when we booked it. Not even close. Yes this hotel is in a perfect place for touring but for what we paid for the room was unbelievable. Don’t stay here. Even when I was near the front desk people were complaining about their room. One man hit his hand on the front desk he was so frustrated. I could hardly wait to leave. I wish there was a way to get my money back. If I could of cancelled my room while I was there I would have. So disappointed.

Not everyone is adept using a tablet for information. The TV should be simple to operate & not require a series of steps each time it is turned on. I was charged for a movie (charge later removed) I never watched because of difficulty using the remote. The bathroom is very small. A desk or table should be in every room without it being a special request. Members of the staff are very nice . The included breakfast was very good & the pre-dinner wine was a nice touch.

Lightening was very dark in bathroom and room. Staff was friendly but was not big on recommendations or helping with transportation.

Staff were top flight. Special thanks to Danielle at the front desk and Norma in housekeeping. They couldn't have been nicer!

The property is perfectly located in the center of everything, yet while inside you couldn't hear a thing.

excellent service ... great location... comfortable room

Great hotel. Exceptional service and new bar/restaurant. Would definitely go back.

Excellent staff. Great location. Breakfast good but minimal. Room needed a second chair.

Very nice property with a great location. If I am correct, this hotel went under a recent renovation. The lobby is nice and the wine social hour is a nice perk. The breakfast was not what I expected, and the tea and coffee service only went until 10am. It will be nice to see once it is fully finished with a new restaurant/bar. (Stayed August 2018)

Perfect location and very nice hotel. We are VIP members and were upgraded to the top floor with a fantastic view of the entire city
