most expensive motel in town, no parking and on top charges for parking

We were all extremely pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to give us the best service. From late room housekeeping to other requests, the hotel and service were exceptional.

Great location and staff. Great health facilities and the best spa options at a Very reasonable price.

Hotel had airport shuttle which saved time, restaurant had very good food and not to pricey, conference rooms at the same place made it a nice convenient experience

We had a great experience when we stayed here for our girls getaway. The hotel is beautiful with an amazing view of Boise. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Boise.

The hotel is a solid 3-star in terms of amenities. The front desk and doorman staff are friendly and welcoming. . That said, I woke up with someone else's used bandaid stuck to my ankle. It was clear that the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. No way will I be staying at the grove again.

Great hotel - great view of Boise - as one of the tallest building in Boise downtown Great location - close to many great local restaurants - The pool needs updating and the hot tub wasn't working for 3 days we stayed there.

We like to stay here when we can because it is close to the things that we like to do in downtown Boise but the property has really gone downhill since it first opened a few years ago. I don't know if they put us in a room that was not as well taken care of because we got a discount rate through Orbitz or if all of the rooms are in the same state of disrepair but there was mold/mildew growing on the tile grout and edges of the bathtub and the door to the bathroom had rot at the bottom showing that the maintenance on this room anyway was sorely lacking. Also, the outside temperature was very hot (which is one of the reasons that we stayed at the hotel and not with our friends--for the air conditioning) but the air conditioning unit in the room was never able to keep up with the heat outside (unlike our times where we've stayed there in the past) and we had difficulty sleeping at night. Also, the coffee in the restaurant was little more than warmed up dirty water for which they had the gall to charge $3.00 and there was not coffee available in the lobby for guests unlike other properties that we have stayed at. At least have the decency to serve some quality coffee for that price! I ended up having to find a coffee house in the neighborhood for morning coffee

Loved that hotel attached to Century Link Arena.Rooms comfortable

The hotel is lovely beginning in the lobby. It was Christmas and they decked the common rooms out nicely. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Room was clean and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived late and left early so my exposure was limited, but the staff was uniformally nice...polite and accomodating! The rooms are nicely decorated and i love the short 15-minute hop to the airport. The Terrace was the perfect spot for me to chill after a hectic day!!

Lovely hotel and restaurant , helpful staff. Beautiful view. Easy Parking. Great location.

Great, quiet room with comfortable bed; within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants and activities.

Wanted to stay close to downtown so we could walk to some Halloween parties. The Grove is only a block off Main St. The Grove is a great value...Inexpensive and upscale for the money.

The Grove Hotel is beautiful and in the heart of beautiful downtown Boise. It is well maintained and close to everything!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The only surprise was they were not too clear about the $10 a day charge for parking. But $10 a day for parking at a downtown hotel is pretty cheap.

This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel. It is probably the best known hotel in the area. It is starting to show it's age but is a nice place for a special occasion. Perfect location although you can hear some activity in the arena below when there is an event going on.

Apparently this hotel books a Fandemonium convention twice a year and as a result, the place is a zoo. Unfortunately for myself and other business guests, no one told us about it or suggested that we stay elsewhere. We couldn't find parking, there were exceedingly long waits for elevator service, the concierge and desk staff were rude, the interenet service was overloaded and kept blacking out . . . I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Don't stay at this hotel when they have a convention because they don't seem to care about their other guests.

My husband and I stayed at the Grove Hotel over the Fourth of July weekend. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was tastefully decorated and very clean, the staff was so friendly, and the location was perfect for us. We will definitely be returning to the Grove Hotel in the future!

Convenient, clean, comfortable. Wish they included breakfast!
