Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and quiet only thing was I didn’t get a good sleep sheets made me very itchy

The property was very nice, although, we did not get the room that I booked through Orbitz. Not sure if that’s an issue with Orbitz or the hotel. The bathroom did have quite a bit of water damage around the ceiling in the shower and was peeling, which was surprising, given the nice state of the rest of the hotel. There was also horrible lighting in the hotel room, three small lamps and a small light above the door in the room is just not sufficient.

This was a very disappointing stay for my wife and I given the cost. The staff was amazing and that’s where the good reviews stops. The 1st room we stayed in the heater was not working properly and the bathroom was filthy along with dirty microwave and coffee pot. That night we could hear our neighbors snoring as if they were in the same room. The nice staff was able to move our location at 2am and the second room seemed okay but you can tell room was used a lot and things were worn out and still seemed dirty from carpet to shower aka dirty. That second night we could hear people banging around and talking next door and then shortly after new neighbors snoring yet again so by 4am we checked out and drove 3 hours home. Waste of money and will not stay there again. Hotel is great for if rooms were $75 a night but at $145 I expected more. The staff was amazing though and you could tell tried to make things better but it the end is useless if The Hilton Hotel Chains is not willing to update the rooms and repair broken items and keep the facility clean to make you feel comfortable to take a shower at least. The sad part is my wife and I have stayed at this hotel throughout the years and never have had issues but this last stay we got an eye opener to how run down this place has gotten and are sad as it’s in a great location but needs to be renovated or tore down it’s not worth your time or money vacationers BEWARE!!

This was a great place to stay. Staff was very helpful and had excellent local knowledge.

Nice room and excellent service and staff. The only 2 disappointments were the pool was closed and the airport shuttle is NOT 24/7 as advertised. 6am to 10pm only.

The self service pantry was helpful. It made it easy to choose something then have it charged to the room

The property itself was clean and conveniently located. My only concern was with the number of guests allowed to not wear masks despite all of the signs requiring people to do so. Nobody is enforcing that requirement at this hotel.

Clean. Big rooms. Friendly. Sack breakfasts was nice during Covid.

The pool was broke, and not sure if they were working to get it working again. The bed was quite firm, so my shoulders & hips hurt in the mornings when I got up, and pillows not to great. I'd bring your own. Room was clean, and in a great location. Easy to get to most places.

It is close to good restaurants and right off of the freeway

Great location, great room! Only disappointment was how hard the bed was.

Great loved my stay. Thanks for the convenient use of scheduling through Orbitz....

We were impressed with how quiet the hotel was. Room service was prompt. The cooked to order omelet was a nice option for brewkfasr.

Our experience was overall positive. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and found that the restaurant was below the standard we had expected. The food was not cooked well and menu lacking. However, the nearby Black Bear Diner, made up for the disappointment with the hotel restaurant. Water in shower had low pressure. There was a Keurig coffee maker and microwave in the room - could have used some tea bags. We would definitely stay there again.

Visit with Family over the Fourth of July Holiday. Hotel was close to everyone we were visiting. Staff was wonderful. Hotel was clean and neat. Great Bar and Dining Area. Room was very nice and extremely clean. I would highly recommend this Hotel for any type of Travel.

After an extremely late departure and long drive, they held my room for 2:00 am arrival. The night Staff helped me with my heavy load of luggage (moving), and advised the best place to park to protect the remaining items in my vehicle. They also allowed me a late departure, and I desparately needed the extra hour rest. Very friendly, helpful staff at night and for morning checkout. Breakfast options are a great value, too! Great room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place e with an extremely friendly staff. We had an issue with the Keurig in our room and they attended to the problem immediately and even gave us breakfast vouchers. That was unexpected!
