This is an old single story motel where you park in front of your room. First impression on entering parking lot was that the place was a dump. We were greeted by a barking dog of one of the tenants. The property was occupied by two disabled class A motor homes and landscaping was in abandoned condition. The lobby reeked of smoke. Given this first impression we were surprised by the condition of our room. It had been refurbished and was clean. The room itself, given that it is a old hotel, was quit nice! The beds were satisfactory. Two little cats were very friendly walking in and out of our room.
