This was just a place to stay while passing through on a road trip but it was the nicest and one of the most inexpensive places we stayed on our road trip. The lobby is very pretty and our room was spacious with high ceilings and pleasant, elegant decor. Amenities were very nice and the breakfast was good. This was Westin good!
This hotel is actually between Jerome and Twin Falls. It is a clean and quiet hotel that is convenient to the interstate. It is about 4 miles from the Twin Falls Visitor's Center. The staff is so kind and helpful! Breakfast is included. You will not be disappointed!
This place is the perfect distance off the highway. You can't hear the highway, but you can see it. If you're a runner or just like to walk, plenty of empty roads out back of the hotel at least as of this writing. It's new and clean. We had a suite that was very reasonably priced and clean. The jetted tub was a bit difficult to climb into. The TVs were both small computer-sized monitors with security devices attached to them like people were walking off with their TVs. Never seen that before. A bit off-putting. For the best room in the hotel you should expect something larger than 32". Limited cable stations too. Our suite backed up to the ice machine and elevators. Normally I'd be livid with that situation, but just went with it and wasn't bothered. Although the fans right outside the suite two floors below were noisy. Avoid Room 315. This is one of the few hotels I'd recommend getting a room in the front. I specifically asked for the back and was given it, so I can't blame the hotel. There were lots of trades people parked out back starting their diesels early in the morning. The trash people woke us up before 6 AM emptying the dumpster. There's a well-stocked snack booth selling beer too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty much run-of-the-mill for this kind of place. Although the breakfast area was cleaner than usual for this caliber of hotel. My only complaint is about the WiFi. We've had problems with Comfort Inns. Difficult to acquire a connection despite not even needing a password. Slow connection speeds. Didn't really affect our visit as we didn't need access for work.
Another great stay at a Comfort Inn with the grandkids. The room was quiet, and very clean as usual. Grandkids loved the swimming pool, and the breakfast buffet was awesome! I'll always stay at a Comfort Inn when possible!
We stayed for one night on our way through town, with a dog (Full size Lab). It was clean and comfy. They were friendly with the dog and had good places to take him for a walk. The breakfast was nice and had some warm food items. Was just over the bridge to many many many food options. I also highly suggest if you are there go to the bridge and you will probably get treated to some base jumpers, as it is legal to jump from the bridge and people do it all day long very amazing to watch.
We stayed here night before the eclipse, Even though they were very busy they had changed routines to account for people needing to get up early the following day. Staff very friendly highly w would highly recommend.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for business. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and modern. The hotel staff can be very important to your stay at hotels. Needless to say every employee I came in contact with was friendly and extremely helpful. Will stay here again when in the area for business.
We stayed here for one night after viewing the total solar eclipse earlier in the day outside Idaho Falls. Rooms were scarce, so we ended up paying almost $200 that night for a room that costs $100 today. The location is convenient, right off the interstate. We would have loved to walk to a restaurant to get dinner, but there were no eateries within walking distance, so drove into Jerome for Chinese take-out. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with microwave and small refrigerator. Wifi was free and worked well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was the average hotel breakfast - nothing special but certainly adequate to start the day. We didn't use the pool, fitness room or guest laundry, but all those things were available and appeared to be in clean condition.
Staff is excellent at this location. Kudos to the cleaning staff whom left our room exceptionally clean. We stayed four nights and each day our room was ideal! Nice breakfast area, lobby, and rooms. Parking is limited and they could use a bigger lot. Location is excellent next to a gas station and Subway w/drive thru.
My husband and I stayed here for one night and we were impressed on how nice the hotel was. The price for the rooms was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast the next morning. We would definitely be back if in this area.
