We were met with smiling faces and authentic kindness every time we entered the lobby. The staff was always helpful and the hotel immaculate. The breakfast was great, with a myriad of options to fit any dietary restrictions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the temperature in the room consistent. We would definitely stay there again.

Going from the back parking lot to the hotel was easy, room was clean, and beds were pretty comfortable. Not too firm. Pillows were nice! Breakfast was amazing. So many options, a full kitchen, and lots of healthy choices.

Your staff advised we use paid parking a block away and our cargo carrier got broken in to. We had items stolen and car damage as a result. We will never stay there again nor will we recommend you.

I had to park my car in a garage 2 blocks from the hotel. Walking back to the hotel was a little scary and I am 6'5", so I would rethink that partnership. I will never stay here again.

Paid for parking and there was no spots to park in because the gate was broken and other people who weren’t staying at the hotel parked there. The manager then shrugged their shoulders and gave me a map to park 2 miles somewhere so I could walk back in the night hour of Birmingham. No assistance was even attempted- there were about 5 other people with this same probably.
