Central location put this hotel a a too-busy road. Exterior is nice but interior finish is nearing unacceptable wear and tear. My room had water damage to the ceiling and fake-wood floor. The carpet was threadbare. The hallways were unpleasantly odiferous. Animals are allowed barking follows. Minimal sound proofing was an issue for sleep. Curtains were missing key rod attach points to fully stay closed. Generally a run-down property. But hey - $48 dollar a night! You get what you pay for....

Grab and go breakfast starting at 6:30 was already grabbed and gone by 7:00am. No cups left for coffee!?

The hotel was in a crumby area, the room was kind of gross and there was no elevator. Stairwells were very dirty and the hallways and our room had a slight odor. Will not be coming back here.

Motel offered average convenience. OK...with some hesitation....

This was a pleasant surprise. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping and quiet getaways. It a perfect romantic getaway.

The room was clean. The carpet looked a mess. The kitchen could have had a little more tlc. I never saw any staff but the guy at the front desk.

OK hotel if you want something less expensive. But there are odors in the hallways...and stains everywhere carpets, furniture. Makes you think twice before you sit down on the couch. Bed was fairly comfortable, but sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was coffee and maybe a piece of fruit..and packaged oatmeal. If you don't mind the appearance and are only looking for a less expensive place to be..then this might suit your needs.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Dallas. The staff was friendly enough, when we got to our room, we were surprised to see a kitchen in it which was nice considering we only paid 45.00 for the hotel. There was a lot of stains on the carpet, the bathroom door was very stained and worn. The room didn't have any trash cans, nor a hair dryer (I forgot mine) no shampoo or conditioner. No elevator that we saw either, but that didn't really bother us. The hotel location is fantastic. It's near whole foods, tons of restaurants, and there was a TCBY next door which they haven't had in Dallas for years do that was nice! It basically served it's purpose... Would I stay here again or recommend, meh only if you couldn't afford to stay somewhere a little nicer.

The hotel was surprisingly nice, you have a lot of things around the area to do without going very far. Will definitely visit again

I had an overnight stay here in this hotel. It was a pleasant and quiet stay. Staff is courteous and Hotel was clean. The best part is the kitchen they provide with the utensils. You can get anything and cook for yourself. They can provide a few extra things at breakfast.

I always stay at Candlewood Suites when I just want to get away for a weekend. The place is always clean and the amenities are great. The location is great and the staff is always professional and courteous.

Was in town on business. Hotel was in good area. Friendly staff. Had a full kitchen which was nice. Definitely good for the price.

clean, extra blankets, good heating, window opened!, kitchenette well furnished

Staff was very courteous even at 1 in the morning ( due to a late check in. The room was very clean

This was a Christmas shopping trip that turned out to be uneventful. However, when we got to hotel the note on the main door said not to leave anything of value in cars, nor in view, including GPS, fuzz busters, etc.. The indication was that it was not safe and you do so at your own peril leaving items of value. So we had to lug all the Christmas presents and personal items up to the room (on the third floor and by the way no elevator at this hotel). Nothing happened, but it did not feel comfortable, welcome, or safe. Spend a few more bucks and stay at a better hotel. I will next time.

Stayed here for a night after a grad school interview in Auburn. Common areas are a little run-down, but the room itself was clean and well-kept. Had a kitchenette that would work well for a shorter stay (week or less), but wasn't particularly well-stocked with pots/pans/etc. However, it's located right off a highway with plenty of dining choices.

Nice and clean. Friendly, accomodating staff.

The internet was really slow, and I had to pay an extra pricey fee to use it.

The only thing I found odd was it did not have the freebies every other place always does; shampoo, lotion, etc. And they wanted to charge you for refills of kleenex and toilet paper!

I went to the races. For the price it was a great deal.
