Latoya checked us in and as other reviews mentioned, she is super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great as was the sweet gal who made it and made sure everything was well stocked! I wish I would have asked her name but she was.also very friendly! I highly recommend this hotel!

For the price, the hotel was okay. The hot water was outstanding but the drainage in the shower is terrible. Rooms need updating and the refrigerator would not get cold. We were on the 1st floor and could hear the staff talking and laughing extremely loud. It was early in the morning and we were trying to get some much needed rest. The bed did sleep really well.

The clerk that checked us in that evening around 6:30 was phenomenal! Friendly, helpful, and informative! The sweet lady running breakfast the next morning was also just the absolute best! Helped with our needs and did it with the sweetest smile! However, housekeeping and the woman running the front desk clerk Saturday morning were not helpful nor polite. Breakfast was great and the location was what we needed but I don't believe this hotel lived up to the 8.4/10 rating posted on Hotels.com. It worked in a pinch but next time we will spend the additional $50 and stay at the Hampton Inn in the same area.
