Novotel Liverpool Centre

Great Hotel, close to the Liverpool One shopping!

This is a great hotel, very comfortable and located next to the Liverpool One shopping area and to the docks and all the attractions that are along the dockways. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the staff are amazing and will bend over backwards to help you. The hotel faces Hanover Street which is very busy all day with buses and traffic, but the windows in the Novotel are excellent and block out almost all of the noise! My only complaint about the hotel is that they do not provide face washing cloth, this made the shower an adventure. The breakfast buffet is very good and you will not go away hungry! They have recently converted the breakfast bar area to a full restaurant for all day service and they were doing good business. The Novotel has become popular with large tour groups, so don't be surprised if in the morning there are a ton of people there trying to get in and out quickly.

The Chester Grosvenor

In the Heart of Chester

We were in Chester for two days and wanted to be able to walk everywhere and this hotel was perfect. We were upgraded to a suite and the staff could not have been nicer. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Hard Days Night Hotel

One night in Liverpool

Everything about our stay was just perfect! The location, the staff, the room, everything. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as we wanted. Everyone working at the hotel was simply great. We want to give special props to Patricia at the front desk for being so helpful with everything, from booking a tour to recommending places to visit and more! WE LOVED IT.

Malmaison Liverpool

What you should know.

It is a good hotel with a great staff. The rooms are good, but temperature control can be an issue. A nice feature is the heated rail for bath towels. It is needed since the bathrooms are cold. Breakfast is good enough. If I am being picky, the scrambled eggs are on the runny side. But I would (and probably will) stay there again.
