Overall good stay, room was good and beds were comfortable. Some staff came across as uninterested and hassled when approached however the manager was nice & friendly. Breakfast service was chaos and more staff was definitely needed, there was one girl who was incredible at her job and did not stop unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she had long blonde hair, a credit to your team!

Terrible car park with few spaces. A very lacklustre welcome. A room, or more a pod, which allows you to join in the conversation with the people in the hallway as they pass your room. A toilet that allows you to not only use it, but have a shower at the same time. Windows so filthy, my wife started whingeing about how foggy it was outside haha

Staff very friendly and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble. Rooms small but have everything you need. Seating area downstairs very comfortable. We had a pizza which was delicious.

Hotel is an inexpensive option, which was the reason we chose it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was not great. The sink was clogged, one of the sets of bed sheets had stains, and there were toothpaste splatters on the walls and mirror in the bathroom. The location is walkable to the main sites though, and the price still probably makes it worth it.

Noisy and intrusive building/repair work in the floor above from 8am on Saturday and Sunday morning is completely unacceptable. Doesn’t make for a relaxing stay. Also, no proper air con to cool down an incredibly hot room “just open a window”. The “free cocktail” offered was vile.
