Property is straight trash. Carpet was stained, low light, light socket out of place, toilet seat has peeling coming off of it and looked old.

this place was pretty good a few years back but horrible now.. the staff was nice, apologized for my already paid in advance room by the pool being given to someone else. I was OK with taking another room, but that room had people camped out in front fo the door, just sitting there, then the ac didnt' work in that room. I was given another couple rooms down and it smelled so bad.. certain no one had cleaned those floors in a long time. Also the shower didnt' work correctly stayed on hot only. Room looked like it was in really bad condition. Something certainly went down hill with this place, will never stay there again.

Our room was dirty, we made sure we kept our flip flops on or slippers. There was water damage in the shower. It did.lool like they are doing some renovations so that is good. We stayed here for 3 days. Not once did a housekeeper clean our room. After day 2 I went to the front desk and requested more towels and a trash bag so i could empty them myself. There wasn't even a phone in the room to call the front desk. .

Very friendly front desk we checked in late but they let us swim for a hour room was clean & comfortable . But they no longer have breakfast

First room I was in had no refrigerator or microwave and the tv remote didn’t work and there were roaches. We switched to another room and there were roaches, the inside bathroom door was starting to rot, tv remote didn’t work and I had to manual program it. Room key stopped working 4 hrs before checkout. Maid service never came to our room to replace our towels, make up our beds or to tale the old towels away during our 2 day stay. The bathroom faucet keep dripping all night, and the room phone didn’t work.

The only thing good about this hotel was that it was close to 1-10 exit. They need to tear it down, bedspread had holes in it, floor was a filthy, shower was falling in on my head. Telephone did not work, terrible TV reception. Had not been updated in 40 years. I did not stay, went down the road to Enco Lodge. Don't go to this place, I would not sleep under the sheet, pillow had something on it.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and after the first night things went down hill fast. The short story is the room and beds had bedbugs, the staff was notified and was shown the bugs and my sons body because of all the bites he had. They had no manager on site and kept putting things off, it's has now been 6 days and I have had 1 phone call from the company. I was promised a full refund and still have not received it. I have sent pictures and videos to the company email with out a response. Looks like I can chalk this one up to a bad experience but be aware of you stay here and check your sheets and your beds. So heads up on the bottom floor rooms around the pool, you may get more than you want.

We noticed your rating for us is lower than it should be. Obviously we fell short and are working hard to improve our Inn during our current remodeling and renovations from front to back to be completed this year. We want to thank you for taking the time to rate us.

First and foremost we wish to offer our sincere apologies for the room you received. Not sure what room it was due to you being anonymous. Should you ever check into any hotel and not be satisfied with your room, PLEASE tell the front desk so we can fix the issues or get you a new room immediately. You were given room that obviously wasn't cleaned properly or they didn't finish it. Even during one our busiest Spring Breaks that should that have of happen. We want to thank you for taking the time to comment which has helped improve our staff and Inn.

First we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while at our Inn. Within the past week we have been exceptionally busy with thousands of people coming to the coast (guessing the entire nation finally escaping their homes) . We were understaffed causing some issues as you pointed out. But happy to report we just hired 5 additional employees to provide clean comfortable rooms at competitive rates. First and foremost our staff and I wish to apologize for our Inn not being up to your standards. We are not a fancy or upscale hotel . Just a roadside Inn in which our goal is to provide clean comfortable rooms at competitive rates. Wishing you safe travels during this time.

After researching why your room wasn't clean for the 3 days, the housekeeper noted a DO NOT DISTURB sign was hung on your door. Since we have so many restaurants at our door step, currently we don't offer free breakfast so we can keep our rate very competitive. First and foremost we wish to apologize to you for all the inconveniences you experienced. We are not sure you stayed at our Inn since none of this makes any sense to us. ALL our 1st floor rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, we check daily. Second we have not had any pest control complaints in months except this one. Third we have state of the art Onity locking system which we checked the time on the computer system and it is accurate, that keys don't expire until one hour past check out time which we have NEVER had any complaints. Fourth you are Anonymous so we can't verify anything especially the worst part in our opinion housekeeping ignoring you ! That just doesn't happen at our Inn, unless the guest put out their DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. If you are able please check the name of the hotel you stayed at and resubmit your comments with your name so the correct hotel can take proper action to improve their property. Wishing you the best in your future travels.

If you ever check into any hotel (especially our Inn) and dislike anything about your room, please inform the front desk.so they can give you a room you would be happy with. First and foremost we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Wanted to remind you, you purchased your room through Orbitz, therefore your refund must come from Orbitz not us. We would normally collect money from Orbitz at check out, but In your case we declined their money so they could give you a full refund as we promised.. Whomever takes your money is who must refund it. Second after investigating the bugs it is very odd for several reasons. First we have not had any reports or any bed bugs for over two years. Our Inn had every room rented last weekend and again no sightings or complaints. If their are bugs in a bed, they attack when their God given senses a human / animal at 98 degrees. Never have we heard of several guests in a room spend the entire night and not be bitten. Then on the second night only attacking one child and no one else in the bed. But we agree it is obvious your child was bitten by bugs, So therefore we did not charge for the room and of course treated the room to kill any and all bugs to prevent any further incidents. Again we are sorry for this ever happening..
