Built in the 50’s and tucked away in the heart of downtown conveniently located amidst it all. Offering simple charm & comfort throughout with 6 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms and the capability of sleeping 13, a fitness room, game room and all the kitchen necessities to cook at home. Feeling like chilling in the park, just a ½ block away from the center of its namesake – South Park which offers a swimming pool, splash pad, basketball court, baseball field, BBQ grills and plenty of shade.

There are steps that lead to the front door to enter the home and there is not a ramp.

The property worked for our needs for a family reunion/celebration of life. The only information that was not relayed to us during our stay, was the location/date that garbage is picked up. There was conflicting information that the receptacle was to be kept in the alley, then another stating that it is to be where cars are parked?
