Gorgeous Hotel with Top Notch Service

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. From there, each experience we had with the staff was splendid, helpful in reserving a taxi for an early morning flight, getting us wine at the bar, etc. Easily the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced at a hotel in years. The rooms were not huge, but had a nice couch area beside the bed. Sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was tight but not too small. If you are looking to explore old town, this is a perfect place to stay, we can't wait to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful hotel, brilliantly located in the old town of bilbao. Really great staff, friendly and very helpful. The balcony in our room was a particular highlight. Will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in bilbao.

very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it.

They let us check in around noon and staff was super nice. Top floor room (only 2 rooms on the top floor) with a large-ish balcony. Room smelled a bit musty, but other than that was spotless. Smart tv with streaming from your phone, great AC, super comfortable bed, comfy couch, very nice bathroom. Location is super walkable to the old part of the city, market, and tons of food.

This beautiful boutique hotel is a four star hotel disguised as a two star. If you stay in Bilbao do yourself a favor and stay here . Everything in this hotel is immaculate , the rooms were super comfortable and the bathroom and bed were perfect . You cannot beat the location as it is the heart of Casco Viejo . I walked everywhere ! To the Guggenheim , to the Gran Via and along the beautiful river that flows through town . Moreover the price point is miraculous. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had the best time in Bilbao . I have to specifically thank Roxanne and Sonia for all the the information and support they provided me . They helped me arrange transportation and spent so much time explaining what to see in the city , offering me the best advice that even the guidebooks miss !
