It is truly a 5 star hotel. It is beautiful. The room a bit small but expected in Europe but the bathroom was huge, and I loved that! We loved our check in person his name was Gabriel from Argentina. He was so lovely and helped us out a lot on things to do around the area. Location was great!
Convenient location ! The Train station is only cross the street. It’s very easy to take train to Zurich Airport directly. It’s close to dining, shopping …..everything. And the services and facilities are the best. If I will be Bern again，I definitely will be back to this hotel again.

Excellent location. But, Sticky mess on floor Bulb out in ceiling lamp Bathroom door stop broken Toilet drips Desk pen won't write Reception replaced pen with dime store one "Decor" all black, brown and grey made room appear dingy. No amount of lighting broke the gloom Security lock on door broken.
