I have stayed in many hotels with work and leisure however this is the most attentive professional experience I've ever had. The chap anticipated our every need and did it with such a nice manner. Well done, I'm sorry I didn't get your name. The hotel has an amazing view and lovely restaurant, again with exceptional service. Parking is the only thing I would improve however it is the center of London!
Great place to stay pre flight from LTN. Decent food in the resturant and convenient for the airport always get a good nights sleep here. Car park gets busy but there was somebody onsite showing the overflow car park and PIN code for the barriers
Very clean and close to the airport hotel. Excellent to go there if you have a late or an early flight. Staff is really friendly and helpful. No big noise from the airport even if it is close to it (can be there in 5 min).
Nice hotel.. Great location next to train station for easy connection to London. Rooms spotless Staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming.. Good choice at breakfast Great facilities Would definitely recommend and would stay here again
Clean & comfort hotel and very useful as a "last station" near the airport. Hilton hotel suppose to be an excellent Hotel and not another hotel! The main issue in this hotel was the dinner(?) which is suitable to 3 stars hotel maximum from two point of view: The way of serving the food & and the choice options.
Nice hotel just a little noisy in the morning as aircraft take off. Could do with a restaurant in the evening and more bar staff. Nice breakfast but could do with changing the type of sausages. All in all good.
We returned on a late flight so stayed here before driving home. Ticked all the boxes and was just what some weary travellers needed. Breakfast was good. My only gripe would be having to spend £7.00 on parking! Where were we suppose to park especially at one in the morning. The room had views of the railway station so my son was happy.
We discovered that the air conditioning takes ages to get going - and needs to be reset each time you return to the room! Did the staff explain (or know about) that? No! The fire sensor in the corridor outside our room beeped all night - and the staff explained that the peson who fixed these things was not on that day (a Saturday). Other than that, things were adequate, but no more.
Things have changed a little since we last stayed, we arrived at 9pm on Saturday, the car park was bedlam as some cars were not even in a space, meaning limited spaces available. I don't know when park fly started, but it was not there last time we stayed. We was told at reception that they would have found us a space if there was a problem. The room was lovely. In the breakfast room , not much evidence of staff tending tables, no free newspapers, most of the hot food items were on the cool side, not that enjoyable. Then I went to pay for car park £7, I personally feel that we a little rich as we had to park at the far end of the car park.
Stayed just for one night, hospitality friendly and taxi service great, room and breakfast for £80.00 in a nice hotel with sound proof rooms we couldn't hear any of the planes even though we were very close to the airport.
