We stayed here on the way home from visiting family, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. They had Bud Light on draught at the bar which is a big plus for me. The variety of choice for breakfast was very good, our 4 kids loved it, and they also had non dairy and gluten options available on request. The only negative was that we had read parking was free, but when we checked out we were charged £7, which was a little disappointing as other Hampton by Hilton hotels do not charge. On a whole we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
I have stayed here yesterday night as i have been on a Vueling flight that was cancelled and they put me in this hotel. I got an double room, the rooms are quite spacious and seems to be styled according towards an American idea of houses, such as the forniture etc. I was also satisfied with the iron board and iron in each room. Very convenient. At this hotel you hear the noice all night/day from planes though so you should be aware of that. Also, The shower was not very what i exoected. Its not an rainshower and i thought you can expect that at an rate of 146/p/n. Though i am seriously not picky, I think the breakfast was also quite not large. It had some british beans and eggs and all that stuff but the continental side of the breakfast lacked. Also i would say that if you are thinking about having dinner here, I git an buffet but it was nearly all deep fried and veey less fresh. So id you like 'American 🏨 night" than go!
Spent one night at this hotel awaiting an onward flight. Close to Luton airport approx 7mins by taxi. Rooms were spotless, staff friendly. Food was good but thought alcoholic drinks were a little steep.
The room was quiet and very well-designed. When I got there, late on a Friday night, just looking for some food and some rest, I found the experience disappointing. From the loud, drunken bar guests, to the very limited bar menu, to the screaming match peppered with vile expletives that took place at the entrance, it just had a very unsafe feel and a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff were fine. As I approached the entrance, a cat-sized rat darted from one small flower bed to the next, which didn't really endear the place to me,either. The location is good, the staff were friendly enough, and the room was very good, but I would not stay here again, and I would never recommend this place to those travelling with their families. To be fair, maybe Friday night in Luton is just like this--I don't really know.
Easy to get to and great room hepfull staff good food in the restaurant but drunk to much wine LOL. The hotel is at the end of the runway but did not hear a thing we left to early for breakfast but where given a breakfast to go in a box Would stay again as very covenant
The hotel is a stone's throw from the back exit from Parkway station and a short taxi ride from Luton Airport itself. I arrived very late due to a flight delay and long queues at passport control but reception was staffed and, after an initial confusion about my booking, helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet. In many hotels you can hear doors banging, next door's TV and corridor noise - but not this one. Consequently I slept well in the comfortable bed. The shower was excellent. The complementary breakfast was good if not exceptional with hot and cold options. Overall very good value if you arrive late or leave early from Luton Airport.
Based upon the parking arrangements at this hotel, and the insouciant staff, I shall never stay at this hotel again. Not only could we not find a place to park, when we did, a surly attendant asked us to move. We ended up having a monosyllabic coversation with some Eastern European lad, about moving the car to a suitable spot without being clamped, when we finally managed to find a parking space in a staff spot we had to make sure we wouldn't be fined £100 for the pleasure. The restaurant looked liked it was designed like an airport waiting room, so we good a good feed up the road at the berni to rescue the evening.
This hotel is a good location only ten min walk from the airport friendly greeting when arrived and was allowed to check in early helpful with trains and tickets train station a minute walk away and local shopping 4min walk breakfasts as outstanding fantastic choice and tastes amazing evening bar staff friendly and helpful hotel very clean aswell can’t wait to stay again
I parked my car at this hotel car park last Wednesday 28th March for less than 36 hours for a quick trip overseas and when I arrived back on the evening of Thursday 29th March my car was not there - STOLEN. I spoke to two members of staff at the hotel, Sukhdev Jodha and Shabana Khan, who searched the premises even though I had specifically told them where I had parked my car, then informing me that only their maintenance manager has access to CCTV. After reporting the incident to Police, I was told the Maintenance manager would contact me in the morning, as would hotel manager, Rupesh Gujadhur, neither of whom did so and when I contacted the hotel that morning I was told they had already left for the day. After leaving two Emails and numerous voicemail messages for Rupesh on his direct line he has STILL not responded to me several days later and according to the hotel the maintenance manager is away for another week. Whilst I did not (And would not) stay at this hotel, the customer service at this hotel is an absolute disgrace, something you would not expect from a Hilton branded hotel, with the staff disinterested and unwilling to offer any assistance in what was a very traumatic experience. I will be escalating this matter with Hilton UK.
