The smell of the room was horrible. When we explained that the smell was bad for our allergies and we did not want to check-in they refused to allow the cancellation

At check-in I was told my room was a smoking room. I said I didn’t want this room (I’ve never smoked) I was told “too bad” the room stunk, when I turned on the light roaches scurried in every direction. The shower trickled and there was no hot water.

Daughter couldnt find her room. Had to wonder at 11pm till she found it while night desk clerk watched from the window, so no direction to the room. Room had roaches. Bed spread has holes in it. Room looked dirty. Daughter, who i booked the room for, stayed 2 hours then left! Total waste of money. Will never book there again.

The room was infested with roaches, they were on the bed under the sheets, in the bathroom, microwave and I had some cookies that i was eating and I sat them down to go shower and when i went to pick the cookies up, the roaches were all inside the package, I wanted to request a refund or move to another room but that didn't go in my favor.
