Beach Cities San Diego County Vacation Packages

We love that it’s super easy access to the bay, however, would highly recommend to have some kind of faucet outside for people to wash off after playing at the bay, there were sand everywhere in the room because we had to step in to wash off after playing. Also there were dead bugs in the room, AC unit had mold on it and was falling apart. Housekeeping didn’t come till 4 or 5 pm- wish they were here earlier. Staff were nice and helpful, love the fact that there were multiple pools available and the pond area was beautiful. It’s too bad because all the rooms really need some TLC!

Nice location, beautiful views, but somewhat older buildings. The rooms could use an update, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful any time we needed anything. The on-site restaurants and staff were actually very good, albeit somewhat expensive (but it's a resort so that's expected). The gym was very small, but worked fine for us since it was not crowded. The gym never had any hand sanitizer though and rarely had disinfecting wipes for the equipment.

The Boardwalk hotel was all we could ever want for a truly relaxing vacation. One block to the bay in a direction and one block to the ocean the other. The access to free equipment including chairs, SUP’s, bikes, and boogie boards was awesome and provided great fun. I highly recommend this unique, funky, and fun hotel. One of a kind!
