We felt very comfortable and the front desk staff was so friendly. The breakfast choices were presented nicely and the staff was always cleaning and asking if we needed help to let her know. Was a very nice stay

Okay, not great.

Staff were incredibly friendly and very professional. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was done regularly and well, while maintaining respect for my items in the room. In room next to me I had drunken adults yelling until past 12am multiple nights throughout the week. Being on a business trip, this was incredibly frustrating. Complaints were made by multiple people with no real resolution. The guests stay just ended. The Air conditioning inside the unit was either too hot or too cold - woke up multiple times every night to adjust the thermostat The shower I had was very difficult to use (room 106) - It was either boiling hot or freezing cold with little control of temperature in between. I spent approximately 10 minutes adjusting the temperature before I entered each shower. Building is starting to show signs of wear
