I was in my room I received a call on the hotel from from an unidentified male who asked me if I was the hooker in Room 156( which was my room) i said no he repeated i was told the hooker was in room 156. I said NO and hung up. There was no call display on the hotel phone. I contacted from desk who arranged for me to switch rooms. I did not feel safe in this room.

The stay was nice. The room was clean and very quiet especially since we were right next to a major highway. The building itself could use some repairs and the lack of availability to snacks was a little disappointing. Our check in clerk was great however the check out clerk was rather abrupt and was down right rude to me later over a change that they forgot to put on my bill. Definitely would stay again though.

Strange situation where someone was still in our room when we checked in. Felt like we were kicking her out of her apartment. She had a litter box she was taking with her? We checked in well past 5pm - it was odd that she was still there. Otherwise stay has been fine

Not as advertised!!! If I could give zero stars I would. No explanation for room service never cleaning my room. Pool was closed due to health concerns. First room smelled horrible and could not change the temperature. Asked for a earlier check out to find a new hotel and was treated poorly and was ultimately denied. Moved me to a different room which was better but the carpet had that crunch to it. One of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at.

Carpet was dirty. Black mold in shower (multiple areas). Toilet seat was dirty. Air conditioner didnt work. Hallway carpet was very dirty.

The hotel is old and tired. Entry into the building is not secure. The grounds are not maintained, weeds and dirt everywhere. The hallway carpets are worn and unclean. Wallpaper peeling from the wall. Parking lot full of pot holes. Sink and tub in the room were both plugged. I had to request a plunger to unclog the sink. Sink stopper was filthy and came out of the sink. Shower curtain was ripped. The pool and hot tub were closed due to order from the Department of health for cleanliness reasons. Overall a bad experience.
