The room is located facing the entrance and exit of highway 400, it’s really noisy, that could bother your sleep quality starting from 6 am

Comfortable

Check in very quick as had prepaid. Room clean and adequately appointed. Hallways clean and nicely decorated. Mattress on the soft side but no big deal. Limited parking due to snow and hotel was full. Hot breakfast is a bonus. Need to get better plastic forks as the tines bent. Go figure. Couldn't stab your sausage or potatoes. Pool deck had peoples garbage strewn about ,water was cloudy and Ph was off. Will probably stay again as close to where we want to be.

All was fine except i asked for a wake up call and i did not receive one. That was disappointing. Breakfast staff were excellent... very helpful, pleasant and polite.

The facility was clean and upkept inside.The staff were friendly and courteous especially when I locked myself out of my room! The Breakfast was accessible and okay. The Hot food left something to be desired. The oatmeal and yogurt bar are a nice touch as I made sure I had yogurt and granola every morning! I'm surprised they didn't have a fresh waffle machine like most hotel chains. If the hotel is to put in an investment somewhere it would be to the cooking equipment. All in all it was filling and that's all you can really ask for.

Great experiences with the staff. Front desk was helpful to get our friends to have a room close to us and the breakfast staff was extremely helpful during a busy period.

Pool is extremely small. Not very sound proof, can hear everyone walking floor above. 9 at night and we were already being told to quiet down. Place is not soundproof so any talking ppl call and complain. Asked if the was a place we can gather (breakfast area in lobby for example), and we are told we have to pay $170 room rental

Rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Front desk people were very nice and friendly. The only complaint would be the gym equipment was terrible and falling. The space was also very small.

Small and grungy

Front desk staff seemed aloof and rude, back half of the vicinity is very old and grungy looking in certain areas. Room was quite small, as was the pool.
