Clean common areas, friendly reception and breakfast room staff. Room was neat, tidy and clean. Typically rough edges in the bathroom/tub/shower - caulking could use some better attention. Our room was on highway side and noise was fairly loud overnight. I would request a room on the 'back' side for future stay. Otherwise a good stay and on par for the price.

Large gap between lower 1m of door and doorframe - can see RIGHT into the hallway!!! Noisy family every night during my week stay. Massive hockey tournament in town, hotel could not get those guests under control despite multiple noise complaints that went well past the quiet hours. Inconsistent housekeeping. Dining options are poor and unhealthy, but to be expected for Canadian "continental" breakfasts. Everything looks like it was microwaved ready and highly processed. Not an ideal stay for a business trip.
