Staff at front desk was very nice but this hotel is very old and neglected looking. Our room had broken fixtures and a hole punched in the wall by the bed. The sheets did not look clean and there were hairs and other questionable black things in the bed. We choose not to stay.

Pool and hot tub was so cloudy you can’t see the bottom, stains all over my bed (and I’m afraid I’m gonna be charged because all the reviews on google say they don’t give deposit back). Sketchy people walking around the building cause doors outside don’t lock or require keys to get in. Don’t feel safe

When we entered the room it was freezing and we soon discovered that it was because the heating/AC unit wasn’t working. I tried to call to the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. The front desk offered space heaters. Within 15 minutes the entire room lost power. We are currently sitting in the dark in our room waiting to see if this can all be fixed. If not we have to drive home at 11pm on New Year’s Eve. Don’t stay here.

The room was in poor repair- mould clearly visible, broken cracked paint, rusted bathroom fixtures. Unsanitary bathroom practices ( using the tap to seal the toilet paper). The hot tub was green, stagnant and disgusting. The pool was only marginally better but not clean enough that we were willing to swim In it. We tried to change hotels but had to stay because everything close by was full.
