Upon Check in, the front desk clerk told my boyfriend his card was declined. She told him in a « not so gentle » manner. She then proceeded in charging the « damage deposit » manually onto his card. Then, she told him once again, that the card was declined for the full payment. Tho she had just charged the card for the damage deposit. We asked her to try manually. It went through. There was bad smells in the hallways. Room 219: had no cups for the coffee maker. The bathroom door kept getting stuck on the bathroom floor. It looked like the floor was water damage and bulging up. The tub was made in a way that when we stepped in, our feet would slip every time. (Round edges in the bottom) The tv remote control was broken which made turning on the tv very difficult. The end cover was missing and the infrared light could not communicate with the tv unit. The hôtel tried fixing it with tape instead of replacing the remote control entire. The bed headboard had hand prints all over it. Although we had asked for room attendant service on our first day, no one came by to replenish our toiletries or towels.

This property is not accessible for people with disabilities which I wish i knew seeing as how I was travelling with someone who needed the use of an elevator. They informed us after checking in and paying the deposit that we are on the second floor and must take stairs, which were also unsafe as they are uneven. They did not offer to move us to the first floor. My pillows has what i think were blood stains, the overall appearance is old, needs a paint job, and the floors and stairs are extremely uneven. When i called to have a refill of our soap bottle (empty upon arrival), there was no answer so i went to the front desk and she said I should have brought it down for her.

Great stay and BREAKFAST!

Great value and we had a nice stay. I was very impressed with the continental breakfast bar and Matt our host there. The kitchen and dining area was very clean, well stocked and organized and Matt was attentive the needs of the guests.

During our stay, my 13 year old daughter found a dirty pair of underwear that was left under her bed, I had found a condom wrapper under my bed and an open beer was left in the fridge. The shower trims were falling off, the wall was damaged and the painted trim was flaking off. There were multiple drunk people wandering down the halls at all hours of the night and the front desk didn’t really do much to try to reimburse us for this

Ac wasnt working room. Staff tried to fix it but was unable to. Tv also wasnt working but staff was able to fix that. Pool also is alot smaller then in photos, smells of plastic and no showers by pool. Staff was over all friendly, just an uncomfortable night.
