As part of our little getaway in Spain, we chose this hotel to celebrate our 18th anniversary — a place I had always dreamed of staying. And it truly lived up to the dream. From the moment we stepped in, everything felt exceptional. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and smells divine the second you walk through the doors. Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom immaculate — every little detail was taken care of, and we felt so well looked after. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff — from the gentleman who greeted us at the door, to the warm and helpful reception team, to everyone in the breakfast room — every single person was kind, attentive and genuinely lovely. The rooftop on the 6th floor took our breath away. The views of the city were just wow — the kind of view you want to pause and soak in for as long as you can. To our surprise, we were welcomed into our room with a beautiful gift of fresh fruit, chocolates and champagne. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture. They had no idea how meaningful this trip was for us, but they made it unforgettable. This hotel is a real 5-star experience — not just in its facilities, but in its heart. Excellent hotel located around 20 minute walking or 10 minute by car, to most attractions in Barcelona. The staff were consistently polite and helpful. The bathroom was functional but a little dated. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Large selection of well made and tasty food.

This vacation we stayed at 3 of the Gran Melia Hotels, 2 in Madrid and 1 in Barcelona. By far the Hotel Casa Fuster was the best!! The service was impeccable, which made our stay more comfortable and welcoming. From the moment we arrived Alexis brought up our luggage and made sure we were comfortable and assisted us throughout the trip providing great service and recommendations!! Thank you Alexis !! He is a valuable employee at the Hotel!! Another team member that I want to acknowledge is Danka. Her vast knowledge and information at the front desk was invaluable and greatly appreciated! Her assistance in reservations for dinners or events as well as her warm smile and personality made our stay more comfortable. The terrace bar has a spectacular view and an appealing ambiance. Yovanny provided excellent service and made sure we were welcomed each time we arrived. We are very happy we stayed at this hotel and hope to visit again soon!!

This is an absolutely wonderful property. It’s in the perfect location in Gràcia, 30 min walk downtown and 30 min in the other direction to Sagrada or Parc Güell. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. If you like late 19th/early 20th century architecture and furniture, Casa Fuster will surpass your expectations. The staff is great. Anything you need is brought to your room in 5 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and fast service, both buffet and a la carte. We were all thrilled to stay in this gem in Barcelona

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. The rooftop pool…should not be allowed to call it a pool. Very misleading. It’s tiny and we weren’t allowed to use it as they were closing off the area for a private event. It’s part of why we selected that hotel and we were disappointed with that part of our stay. Otherwise, we loved it. Great location, comfy bedding.
