We stayed at this apartment in Barcelona for 7 nights. The place was spacious, clean, and had all the basics like Wi-Fi, washing machine and a TV. It’s a bit run down, with everything just about holding up, but still looked good and was comfortable to stay in. There were some nice amenities, though oddly only one toilet roll was provided for three people for the entire week.
The neighbourhood was great - quiet, safe, and within easy walking distance to the metro, bus stops, grocery stores, and other conveniences.
Customer service was friendly and responsive. However, we had a major issue with the payment process. Their usual system didn’t work, and we were asked to pay online, which also failed. This meant we had to meet an agent in person at check-in. Since we arrived after 6pm, we were charged an out-of-hours fee - even though this situation was caused by their system error.
Overall, a decent stay, but the check-in/payment process definitely needs improvement.
