I liked the friendliness and quality...professional service

Conveniently located and moderately priced. Over all had an enjoyable stay.

Overall it wasn't that bad however my cover had burns all over. The fridge had an awful smell the toilet was dirty the lights didn't work only the lamps. I didn't love the fact the had cable with all the good channels such as vhl, cartoon Network, etc.when I told the staff about the dirty bathroom they gave me another room however that room blankets had burns holes all over as well so I didn't use any of them

The desk staff was friendly. The first room we were in smell like someone just smoked marijuana in it before we walked in, the drawers in the stands/dressers were all broken. The light above the sink didn't work, the light above the coffeemaker took 5 minutes to turn on. The door did not lock! We used the chain lock that night since it was so late, but we had to pack up all our things and take with us even though we booked a 2 night stay. We were given a second room that morning - it was upgraded to a double bed with a microwave and mini fridge at no extra charge. When we came back that evening and tried to get into the 2nd room, we couldn't, the door was locked from the inside - someone else was already in the room! We had to go back downstairs to get a 3rd room. This room was a little cleaner than the first. There were cigarette ashes all behind the head of the bed and cigarette burns all over the blankets. Someone had spilled something or urinated in one of the beds, the bed was still damp and the sheets were stained where the wet spot was. The bathroom toilet didn't flush properly, the toilet paper wouldn't go down and it filled up almost to the point of overflowing every time you flushed. The back of the toilet leaked and there was a puddle of water running from the back of the toilet to the door, we had to put towels down on the floor. The shower rod was broken and leaned down, therefore the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed on either side.

Dirty, smelly, TV never worked, microwave never worked. Door looked like it had been kicked in before and badly repaired. Worse thing of all...mice in the room! I've never seen that in any hotel in my entire life. I would have left after that, but I didn't see them until the last night.

The door looked like it had been kicked in. The hallway smelled like weed. The microwave was broken. The breakfast consisted of stale cereal, toast, English muffins and coffee. The kicker - I have stayed in sketchy places before, but I have never seen mice. I saw two at this place.

The staff was pleasent and the food was good. There was good parking space in the parking lot.

The room was "non smoking" but smelled like smoke very strong; sheets were not clean, housekeeping kept the sheets from the last guest and just remade the bed before my check in; continental breakfast was just toast, cereal, coffee and juice. WiFi did not work most of the time. Not recommend

Our experience at the Howard Johnson's in Pikesville, MD was the worst hotel stay we have ever had in our 20+ years of traveling. Multiple incidences of Police activity and presence, at this property. We left, under police protection, less than 15 minutes after check-in.

We stayed 2 nights as a family of 4 with two teenagers. We wanted to stay close to 7 Slade Ave where our friend lives and this hotel was a perfect choice. The lobby and the hallway looked a bit worn but the rooms were in good shape, nice and clean. Staff was helpful, free wifi was available and reliable, the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was the usual motel type one, simple, but good. There are several restaurants and stores nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Ok, for the price you paid. Pool was comfortable, and clean. Came across one very rude client. Overall, good experience.

The first impression I got here was from the thick plexiglas divider at the front desk. It didn't get better from there. This place doesn't look like its been updated since the 1980's. Drywall patches, tape covering the peephole, the old style push button phone. There wasn't even a clock in the room. The shower was awkward and the shower head was, odd. What they called 'breakfast' was a couple stale bagels, two cereal dispensers, and a juice machine labeled cranberry that gave to orange juice.

The coverlet on the bed had cigarette burns. This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. And walking to our room was an ordeal because of the stench in the hallway. The hotel staff was using an empty room as their breakroom, heating up food with a very strong smell while playing music relatively loudly with the door open. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Water could not drain out of it so we were forced to use the shower to wash our hands and brush our teeth. The toilet seat was broken, and the water kept running as though it could not fill all the way up. This was an experience that I never want to have again.

it was a nice clean hotel with a lovely lobby. our room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. as I have a bad back, that was very welcome indeed. I thought the shower could have had more pressure. it was a little week and there weren't enough hand towels for two people.

Smell of burning rubber in the halls. Half broken A/C. Plug in tub didn't work. No elevator.

The not sleep well at this hotel. My bed was not comfortable at all. In fact I'm still in pain from sleeping on it. It looks like a place where junkies shack up. I was very unhappy with that. The location is nice. I did a few restaurants.

Room itself was clean..but the building, people and location was sketchy at best. A little scary...

The hotel meet my expectations the staff very nice

My experience was ok the rooms are clean and close by for public transportation

Nice location where lot of amenities near by and value for money.
