Staff was very friendly! However the cleanliness of my room was very disappointing for a Hilton! Floors were dirty, shower was dirty and countertops were disgusting. I went to move the light and it was stuck to the countertop so it clearly hasn’t been picked up and cleaned under recently!

Stayed 2 nights due to expected snow conditions. Room was clean, personnel were helpful, parking was easy with little slip hazards. Did not try breakfast due to $$$, but made do with K-coffee and microwave in room. A light issue was fixed within a day from when it was reported. Got locked out of the room for an hour+ when the battery for the door entry system failed. Window shade needs repair. Room walls and door offered little sound dampening to VERY noisy children running the hallways - almost no sleep that first night. Enjoyed benefits of shopping center just across the road from the hotel. Also easy on and off access to the main highway.

We had to move to another room. We experienced no heat, we could not close the shades at the window at night as well. It was one of the coldest day and night to dur ice and snow. So it was cold in the room.

Our room was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable but the feather pillows were horrible. Check in was easy as was check out. They offer breakfast but for a charge you once you're there. We decided to pay and it was okay. Nothing special.
