I stayed two nights but did not get any maid service. I left my room by 9 on Sat morning and didn’t return until evening…no service and was too tired to call … room was clean but definitely in need of sprucing up
Staf was rude, distracted, and worthless. We specifically needed the included breakfast to make our visit work on the schedjle we had. But NO BREAKFAST. Staff arrived late. TOLD US BFAST WOULD NOT BE READY UNTIL 8:30. What? Thats no good for us!
Easy to get to and park. Comfortable bed
This property had great staff. But there were a lot of things that were lacking. Our room was never turned down. And it took about five minutes to get the shower temperature to be neither scalding or freezing. That doesn't due when you're in a hurry. We were put in a handicapped room for no reason. There were also a lot of things not working, like the TV remotes and blinds. Under the bed was really filthy. I can't believe we were sleeping over that.
Noisy hallway parties after 12 midnight
The staff - at least who I came in contact with - was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Definitely will stay here again and I'm picky! :)

Property was well located for what I needed. The overall experience was average. I only stayed one night
The property was clean, which is what I liked and the check-in was fast. I did not like the fact that our towels were not changed out daily. I understand not cleaning the room until the guests have checked out, but the white towels and washcloths should be changed daily.
Y’all never booked my reservations !! They told me they couldn’t find my name so I need my refund now
I’ve stayed many times for business and pleasure. The rooms are nice, up to date with only showers. I’ve stayed in a handicap access room for a bathtub and the rooms are extra large with fridge. Breakfast is good. I’ve stayed at this property at least 25 times and my only complaint is certain rooms other than all access room have very thin walls. You hear everything including all conversations and bathroom usage of the patron next door. I have yet not used the facilities because they’re always closed.
8am guest services is outside my hotel door very loud talking to each other. They were knocking over things, vacuuming, seething plans for later, laughing very loudly. I couldn’t even sleep in they woke me up. Very unprofessional and rude.
People working there are very kind customer service oriented
Overall a great stay. The staff provided friendly service and the room was very clean. The $10 breakfast was worth it but the order process for an omelette was not efficient. If I was in a rush that would have been a bigger issue. Facilities were great overall and my Suite had two large flat screens. But the lack of night lights and hardware on the sink that was oddly placed were curious fails in an otherwise fine quality hotel. Close to many fine restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.
My entire stay was excellent, when I checked in the room it wasent ready for two hours. The person before me, had checked out late.. one of the ladies, before the staff changed 4 the evening. Was knowledgeable , and compensated me with no problems.. forgot her name, however she is definitely and asset to your Hotel...
