Great looking property with all the amenities, but missing on some key details. 1. This place needs a valet 24/7. There are two parking lots available. One covered and one not. They are both a considerable distance from the lobby, and the covered parking, which is preferable because of the weather conditions in Baltimore in February, is on the other side of a traffic circle. I was traveling alone so I had to park the car and take all the luggage with me, from the parking, across the busy traffic circle, to the lobby, in 30° rainy/icy weather. I find it strange they do not have a valet at the front for such a sizable and impressive property. 2. In room refrigerator did not work. I reported this to the front desk and they promptly sent an engineer with a replacement refrigerator, but that did not work either. Something wrong with the outlet. Calls again to the front desk resulted in them, telling me to give it a few hours to cool down. This did not happen. 3. No bar of soap at bathroom sink. 4. Towels are on the cheap side. 5. Mattress a little too firm. Overall it was clean, quiet, with spacious rooms.

Beautiful with some inconveniences

It was a great stay. The hotel is beautiful & in a great location for dinner, brunch, movies and light shopping. Our check-in was fast. Our room was clean, with the perfect layout and color palette for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be returning. Our only issues were that the lighting at the far left of the room by the window didn’t work. So it was a little dark that night & morning. Secondly our tv stopped displaying so maintenance had to be called. Minor interruptions but it would have been better to have an uninterrupted night.
