Hotel is great, perfect for a Ravens game, even more so for a Orioles game. It’s the only way I’ll go back to see the Orioles play. Downtown is deteriorating at incredible levels. The Harbor shopping area has been decimated to only a few store fronts. Baltimore RIP. This hotel, GREAT.
Surprisingly large room with a nice area for a workspace. The hallways, lobby and even ice machine room was really clean. Had a very pleasant stay.
Proximity to Camden Yards
Great place to stay. Sad we couldn’t access the pool
Location was great
Deadbolt on room door didn't work at all. Toilet handle would stick. Reported to front desk when we checked out.
$40.00 per night to park...ridiculous.
Staff was friendly and kind. Easy and quick check in process. Clean rooms. Good variety at breakfast. Negative was ceiling in our room was peeling in several spots.
Staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.
Was very friendly
Service and location. It is right beside two resturants and a block away from stores.
There was no onsite parking, one of the rooms had no AC - housekeeping just opened the door and came in without knocking - the pool was closed
Wish the tv screen in a king size room was bigger? More better comfortable pillows
Close to convention center. Good variety for breakfast. All day coffee. Clean large room. I enjoyed my stay!
Convenient location, friendly staff, valley parking was easy in/out
I liked the property location. I didn’t like that there was mold in the shower
